Any chance Yeti will make a sleeve for this size?

I believe they do, but the last time I've seen one was when I was touring Australia. I have never seen one for sale in the USA "yet".

Does the yeti 46oz rambler fit the " Magdock Cap"?

Yes, the Magdock cap will fit all the Rambler bottles. Although I understand that there is an issue w/ the gasket and a developing smell after some use. I don't have that exact experience.
