Awesome walker
I got this because the regular walker you can get at the store was just not cutting it. I like the way it pushes better than the regular rollaters. The seat is more comfortable for my hips and the back rest is in a better spot for me. I like that it has a little bag underneath and itβs easy to access. The handles are easy to adjust up and down which is nice because my arms get tired sometimes so being able to move them helps. I havenβt used the cane holder, but I will say I have a love/hate relationship with the cup/phone holder. When Iβm walking I rotate it to be on the inside of the walker because if itβs on the outside itβs too wide for a standard walkway. This is problematic if you have a drink it in. Itβs also a pain if you want to sit because then you have to rotate it back out. The cables were really long so I got some Velcro cable ties and velcroed them to the poles so they wouldnβt get caught on things. They havenβt been an issue since. I like how it folds up. I have a smaller car and the regular rollater took up a lot of real estate in my trunk. This one is lighter and folds into an L shape so itβs easier for me to maneuver in the car. It doesnβt click into a closed shape (like a stroller), but itβs pretty compact. This one has traveled around by car and been tossed around in a plane and has held up excellently! Things to consider: I really like this rollater over the regular type. My mobility issues are related to severe back problems. I cannot be on my feet for extended periods without support and while I used this in home for some time during recovery, I mainly used it outside my home to assist with getting around. My grandma who has different mobility issues doesnβt like this rollater as much and prefers the standard type. I donβt have issues with braking, but she finds it is harder to brake. Also the way the back wheels sit may be hindering for some who have a wider stance or need more range since they come a little further back. I just thought this may be helpful info.

I can get around and feel stable and safe.
I made my decision based on all of the reviews and I am very happy with this rollator. It came the very next day, and we were able to put it together in about 10 minutes. It's a very smooth "ride" and the locks work easily and well. The seat and back rest are comfortable. I don't sit for long so don't need the padding. The wheels are not rubber but they are also not smooth so have a grip. I can get through any door in the house but we do have wide doors - the smallest is 28". The only negative is the cup and phone holder. When put in it's designated place I can't get through any of the doors. I'm going to add some velcro to the cane holder and see if that works. And I have never seen a phone thin enough to fit that holder. So still working on that. It usually sits on the seat and doesn't fall off. I usually keep a 13" x 9" baking pan sitting on the seat and I can carry all kinds of things including a wide based mug and that seems to work. A basket would do well too. Almost forgot - it breaks down very easily and I can get it into the back seat myself though I can see that it could be difficult for others depending on their needs. It's light enough to pop into the trunk. The price is right in the middle, and the blue color sets it apart from the others.

I like it.
This is the greatest little walker I could have hoped for. Easy to collapse for travel, easy to expand for use. Very sturdy and maneuverable. It's a great boon to me while I am impared.

Ease of use.
Was easy to assemble; rolls easily; seat and back are relatively comfortable. Handles adjust to a good range of heights. Main drawback is there seems to be no locking mechanism to keep it shut when itβs folded. At least I havenβt found one, and directions for installation and use are minimal.

The best designed rollator on the market πππππ
I truly love this rollator walker. It's lightweight, attractive and well designed over and above any other walker I've tried. When I received it, it was missing several parts. Amazon quickly sent me another unit and return original unit at no charge. Thanks Amazon. Five stars for service. When using it for my daily walks of one to two miles, it gives me the back support I need for walking and the ability to stop and sit with perfect lower back support. The design is excellent and adjustings are incredibly easy. The 8 inch wheels make it a breeze to walk smoothly and quickly and gives me great back support. The back support is designed to fit perfectly for me while all others did not support my lower back at all. Five stars except for the one part. When I use the little pedal to go up steps or over sidewalk cracks, it tipped me forward and flipped me in a summersault. I wish the tires had a better tread on them which would make them safer in winter or on soft lawns. Overall, this is the best rollator walker I have tried and it is very light weight. I would have liked larger tires. Folding it into trunk or back seat is super easy. Collapses to a nice narrow stable size that does not slide down the wall. If I were to change anything I'd love to see with 10 inch tires. The oval shaped tubing on this model is fantastic, making it stronger than standard round tubes. I truly find this to be the best rollator walker on the market. I saw a comparison of numerous all terrain rollators on the web and this model is rated the 2nd best of all the top models sold in the USA or world wide. I had to order a new one after 4 months as there were parts that malfunctioned. For me this is the best of the best. Amazon replaced with a smile.

Love this Euro-style rollator with an excellent price poiint
Having been a nurse for over 40 years, I've had experience as a professional with standard walkers and American-style rollators. Now that I am the patient (with terminal end stage multiple myeloma), I have found I prefer the Euro-style Walk Mate rollator for a couple of different reasons. One, the way it collapses makes it very easy to lift onto the floor of my car's backseat, and then I just tip it forward and I can easily close the door. I have found the sling seat and back rest far more comfortable for sitting longer amounts of time, as compared to American-style hard seats with cushioned bar backrest. It is very lightweight and easy to lift, and its total weight is also less than a lot of other walkers and rollators. I also like how my center of gravity is in the middle of the walker, reducing the strain on my back and hands by having to lean forward more, with an American-style rollator. I would caution though, that the user needs to be aware that the back wheels extend behind the feet, so one must step back before moving away from the walker. I also have found that I prefer the larger wheels that accommodate different terrains. It handles the threshold of my front door with ease, and I do not have to lift it up and over, as I had to with my mother's smaller wheel rollator. The things I have found that I don't care for with the Walk Mate are the extra accessories. While the cup and phone holder are nice in concept, the times I have tried using them at the hospital and medical clinics, it adds just enough width that it gets knocked off, when going through the even larger doorways at the hospital. The same goes with the cane holder. I'm not sure when or where, but the bottom part of the cane holder must have gotten knocked off somewhere, so that function is no longer available to me. I have made use of the Velcro top of the cane holder though. What I have done is get Top Glides multipurpose hooks (available here on Amazon) and attached one of the hooks to the Velcro, making an easy hook to hang my purse on. I also put the other hook near the right handgrip, which gives me a great hook to hang grocery, or other shopping, bags. I also prefer the detachable storage bag, that the Euro-style Walk Mate has, as opposed to the fixed basket of the American style, which has to be emptied to fold the walker and placed in a vehicle. With the Walk Make, I can just take the bag off, contents still intact (lap blanket and other things for dialysis) and put it in my car. And if I just have a few things in the bag, I don't even need to detach it, and I just fold the walker and go. Downsides: I was able to assemble the rollator on my own, however it was pretty difficult with my limited strength, and would have been much easier with someone to help. A rubber mallet helped me to get difficult pieces to slide into place. The Walk Mate comes in a few different colors. I really liked the looks of the green and in particular, but decided to go with the Gold, as I'm someone who likes everything to match and coordinate. I have received many compliments on my Walk Mate, and many patients have stopped me to ask where I got it at and commented that they felt it looked sleek and more youthful (younger demographic cancer patients) than a lot of the other rollators that they have seen and felt were more for the elderly. I hope others may find this review helpful in trying to decide among the dizzying array of choices out there of walkers and different types of rollators. For me, the Walk Mate was an excellent investment and I am very happy with my purchase.

Recommend this walker
Really good at first but just now started to act up like the one front wheel don't want to turn right it wants to do it's own thing everything else is good the color, seat, cup holder, umbrella holder, breaks, and easy assembly I like the way I can adjust the height on the handles other then the front wheel being crazy now I recommend this walker

Should have bought this sooner!
Absolutely met my needs!!! Easy to assemble, adjustable to my height, folds compactly and comfortable weight to lift to the trunk. The storage bag proved to be useful for my lightweight jacket and water bottles. Steering was wonderful in the hotel, but a little tricky on the lawn and stone paths. Hand brakes provided a stable platform to assist me in rising from a seated position. However, both the bottom retainer for the cane and the cupholder attachment brackets were not flexible enough to allow their installation, as they broke very easily. I had to use another Velcro strap to jerry-rig a
