This natural pumice stone-on-a-cord works beautifully. It's a good size to hold in the palm of your hand, and you don't have to press on hard to remove dead skin from your feet (soak them first!). I also love the fact that's it's a genuine piece of volcanic pumice stone. I've put it in a white china dish on the bathroom windowsill and it looks fabulous as a decoration, a geological specimen and a talking point - who'd have though it? I guess you could keep it in its original black box if you wish. I'm really pleased that I found this item on the internet.

The pumice is a good texture. It comes with a nice little cord for hanging to dry in the bathroom. The only thing that concerns me is it is quite light. If it drops off the wall will it break? There were a few bits of sand dropped off the stone when I opened the package but after rinsing I haven't noticed it disintegrating. Have used for a couple of months now and fine so far. Appreciate the plastic-free packaging.

So at first I was a bit sceptical of this but read a bunch of reviews and decided to buy one, oh boy I never imagined it would work as well as it does! being someone who has been very active in various sports and over time built up callouses from old blisters, bad socks or bad shoes, I needed to do something about it, if you've ever had cracked skin on your toe and part of it has torn off.. you'll know how uncomfortable that is! So anyway, I decided to give it the first test run once I received it.. I soaked my feet while showering for about 10 minutes.. then I put soap all over and was slipping all over the shower like a fool! 😄 I then put a bit of soap on the stone and started my first run at this.. I literally could see the dead skin gradually being pulled away as I rubbed for a little while, it was amazing to see the first transformation.. and the best part is there was no pain at all! its very comfortable! after that shower my feet felt like they had had a professional treatment and had a slight tingling sensation, quiet pleasant I might add! I continued doing this for 2 weeks every day.. and happy to say my feet are nice and soft and no more callouses at all and no dry skin either! I honestly cant recommend this enough to people who have had the same issue as me! thanks Masaroo for a great product! 😄
