I’ve been using this heating pad for relief from back and shoulder pain, and it works really well. The large size is a huge plus because it covers multiple areas at once, making it super versatile. The **six heat settings** let me adjust the warmth to what feels most comfortable, and it heats up quickly, which I love when I need fast relief. The **Velcro straps** are a great feature, keeping the pad in place without needing constant adjustments. I also appreciate the **auto shut-off** for safety. The soft, plush material feels comfortable, and the fact that it’s **machine washable** makes it easy to maintain. The heat is evenly spread out, which helps with sore muscles and tension. It’s really comfortable to wear and does a great job relieving pain. However, I had trouble figuring out how to wear it properly because the **instruction booklet** was not helpful at all. It didn’t explain how to position the pad correctly, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s a good heating pad with effective features, but better instructions would make it perfect.

Very nice quality material, appears well made and heats up quickly as stated. Very simple to set up and use, and though too soon to state how effective it will be in the long term, does provide some comfort and relief in the first instance.

I’ve never had one of these before. I bought it to help with an SI joint flare up and it’s been amazing, the directly applied heat really eases the pain and helps mobility. There are a few of these plug in ones at around this price with similar features and range of reviews so not an easy choice but I opted for this one and after its first week of daily use, so far, it’s been great! I can’t fault it. It really seems to be helping my recovery. I have a 34/36 inch waist and it fits fine, if the Velcro was perfectly aligned it would probably fit a 40 inch waist, from there the Velcro will probably allow for a waist anything between 28-46 inches, but the bigger or smaller you are the less Velcro will be gripping unless you modify it by adding extra. It gets plenty hot, very quickly, I usually find setting 3 out of 6 is adequate. The lead is long enough to get up and take 2 or 3 steps if it’s plugged in next to you. It has a timer option so it’ll shut off automatically after 1,2,4 or 6 hours.

Works very well at relieving pain and is comfortable to wear. Very generous size makes this very versatile. Only downside was the totally inadequate instruction booklet, which is typical of Chinese imported electrical goods. It’s difficult to tell if being worn upside down, inside out or back to front. Inexcusable, to exclude such fundamental information. That’s why I have deducted two stars.

I had previously been using those heat pads that you throw away after one use for my back pain. But that was getting very expensive and wasteful. While this will still cost in terms of electricity at least it isn't getting thrown away every day and is on hand when I need it where as not paying attention to how many pads were left in a box would mean having to go buy more . Heats up really fast, Velcro sticks well, and the pad is very big so covers a much larger area of my back than the disposable heat pads did, so it is much better for me. Even when I don't have a sore back this is great for a snug warm hug on the cold days or if boiler breaks down again. The plug is long enough I don't have to sit to close to the sockets to use it, can sit comfortably on sofa or bed and still reach the wall sockets. Temp settings are great, I personally find 3 is my most comfortable, and 4 for when it's really cold but any higher is too much for me. It had a handy timer function on it as well. The fabric is very soft and helps aid in the comfort of using it. Over all it will have saved me quite a bit of money not having to buy the single use ones.

The product was great when it worked, heated up fast, a nice temperature, but it stopped working after 2 uses. Literally a month after i bought it. It passed It's return date, so i can't return it. Piece of advice, don't waste your money.
