まだ手元に届いてから一週間程度しか経過していませんが、 いろいろ驚いているので、購入を考えている方の参考になればと思います。 ちなみに、毎日一回から二回ほど使っています。 <今のところ実感している効果> ①肩こりの緩和 ②背中の張り・違和感の緩和 ③ストレスの緩和 肩こりに関しては、本製品を使って即日から効果がありました。 首や肩を回すとボキボキ鳴っていたのが、 相当に緩和されていたので、一番実感しています。 正直、何かの冗談かと思いました。 背中の方も、背筋の張りや妙な痛みがあったものが 気が付いたら消えていたので、 同様にこちらの製品のおかげの可能性が高いです。 ストレスの緩和、と言ってよいのかわかりませんが、 悩み事が頭の中でもやもやするタイプなのですが、 こちらを使用していると、『痛み』に神経が集中するためか、 余計なことを考えなくなり、結果としてリラックス効果が 得られていると思います。体から余計な力が抜けます。 ただ、痛いことは痛いので、 使い方には少しコツがあります。 ＜使い方のコツ＞ ①横になるときは痛い。極力トゲの真上から接地する。 ②横になった後は、身じろぎなどせず、体の力を抜いて動かない。 動くとトゲが肌にこすれてとても痛い。 ③しばらくすると、とげが体にめり込んでいくので、その時点から 痛みがだいぶやわらいでくる。 ④そのまま20分程度、ボケっとしたりスマホを見たりして動かず過ごす。 極力脱力すると、痛みが和らぐ。(たまにそのまま寝たりする) ⑤起き上がるときに、トゲが抜ける感覚があり、またしても痛いが我慢する。 特に②、トゲに触れた状態で平面的に上下左右に体を動かさないことが大切です。 トゲの先端がこすれると、かなり痛いです。 正直、万人向けではありませんが、 試してみる価値はある製品だと感じました。

difficile spiegare l’effetto benefico dello shakti mat se non lo avete mai provato, Io ho preso questa versione perchè piu lunga ma ho usato la classica per anni, decontrae, rilassa, allevia i dolori e addirittura induce il sonno (io devo puntare la sveglia dopo 15 minuti altrimenti mi addormento e ci resto troppo a lungo). Prezzo leggermente inferiore a quello del sito ufficiale.

This is my third acupressure mat and my first shakti brand. Should have started with this, well constructed and so much more intense. Worth the extra spend.

Feels painful at first but the pain subsides slowly. Helps me relieve any pain & I get a great sleep after using this mat! Highly recommend!
