The panel bit Runs ok at 10,000 rpm. shaft had some marks and damage , i'm guesing from the final grinding process but seems to run true enough for the price point. The rail and stile bits cut well and ran smooth. They come with some extra shims to dial in the fit, which I had to do but ended up removing a shim to get it perfect. I am happy with the purchase.

I was a bit concerned as I was unfamiliar with the manufacturer, but the results exceeded my expectations. Made my first raised panel doors! Smooth, accurate cuts. Be prepared to make several passes (3 or 4) to achieve the raised panel. Also, temporary modifications will likely be necessary to accommodate the large 3-1/2” diameter bit (to raise router table height and deepen router table fence). Extremely good value. Very pleased!
