I am beyond impressed with this product. It's sturdy, feels very durable. It works perfectly for scooping fried foods, draining excess oil. The handle is sturdy doesn’t get hot. This is great for many different uses. This tool makes the process cleaner and more efficient. I definitely recommend this skimmer to anyone who loves to fry at home!

The craftsmanship to start seems pretty good with this item and it’s not very heavy for its size because it is pretty big compared to others. For the price I think it’s a great value. Not to hard to clean but it can’t be ran under hot water and it’s clean it will need to be scrubbed with whatever you use for dishes. The size is perfect for a fry daddy you can pick whatever is frying out with one scoop.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to! The strainer is sturdy, easy to handle, and great for frying or scooping things out of boiling water or oil. No issues at all. Thickness great, holding comfort great, good size, can be cleaned easily.
