I love to snack on these zero sugar very dark chocolate wafers. I try diligently to completely avoid sugar BUT I love love love chocolate. Despite no added sugar, it is not bitter like many baking chocolate is. All I need is 3 little wafers a day and that completely satisfies my Chocoholic Cravings for a nice treat. I have not used it for candy making or in deserts - but it would be very easy to melt it in a double boiler if I wanted to make fudge. I saw a great fudge recipie on You Tube - greek yogurt, cacao powder, melted dark chocolate, some EVO and whatever sweetener you like - I prefer to take dates and put them in a food processor with a bit of water to make date paste sweetener - so much healthier than sugar. This is a fantastic recipie to make really delicious FUDGE and these 100% dark cacao wafers are perfect for making fudge or brownies! I only consume 100% organic and fair trade chocolate. I found out that child slave labor is frequently used for the big chocolate brands you see in the supermarket. Navitas is a Fair Trade company and they carefully source their growers to insure that their products are purchased from farms and suppliers who do not do human rights abuse or child labor. Navitas is still a family owned privately owned company. Starting in the 1990's most of the national organic companies were sold to General Mills, Kraft Foods, and other junk food manufacturers. I cannot write the full URL but do a google search for "Who Owns Organic" and that will help you be a more informed consumer. I like to give my business to family owned companies and try to avoid the big monolothic corporations.

Best pure chocolate, we eat it unsweetened!

Apparently the cacao wafers melted and then solidified cuz the bag of wafers was more like clumps and not usable. The listing said it was eligible for returns until January 31, 2025 but when I clicked on it to return, it said the iten isn’t eligible for return. Ugh! Waste of time and money - very disappointed

This bag Was good, I also bought the white cocoa butter ones and those were melted. I was able to contact Amazon for a refund

High quality treat. I like to make hot cocoa with these or add into hot cereal, or melt them with a little coconut oil and eat with pb or cashew butter and banana. Lots of possibilities, bitter but to be expected. Love that there is one ingredient and no sugar added.

Wafers are best!!! Powders are OK, but there is no denying wafers taste the best!!
