BEST. PANS. EVER.
These pans are hands down the best pans I have ever used!!!!!!! NOTHING sticks to them, things that may be overcooked or would stick to any of my previous 'non stick' pans don't stick to these! It makes cooking so much more enjoyable, clean up SO much faster and easier - I'm seriously in love with these pans and don't want to use any other brand ever again. I'm HOOKED. As far as some reviews saying they are only non stick for a while - Green Pan includes a "Renew Sponge" to remove any sticky residue from overheating oils over time. I haven't had to use that on mine yet - I've been using them 5 months now. They're still as fabulous as the day they arrived. I agree with another reviewer who stated why bother putting them in the dishwasher when clean up is a breeze! Sometimes I do put them in the dishwasher, but if the dishwasher is full, it really is NO BIG DEAL to put some soap in these and wipe them down with a sponge to clean - nothing sticks!!!!! They are amazing high quality pans!

Greenpans Valencia Pro are fantastic!
I bought this set to replace my wonderful high end nonstick hybrid cookware because those pans, as much as I loved them, are very heavy and I was having trouble lifting them, especially the bigger ones when filled with food. These are lighter but not so light like the cheap nonstick aluminum pans. The nonstick is fantastic, the hard anodized is great heating evenly and on lower heat settings. Plus, they can take oven temperatures up to 600 degrees! The lids up to 425 degrees. They are well worth the price.

Good so far!
I got these for my wife for Christmas, she absolutely loves them. They cook food nicely, no sticking or black flecks from Teflon. So far they appear to hold up nicely not using metal utensils or a dishwasher. It's advertised that those can be done but there's many reviews that suggest against it. As soon as we're done cooking, simply apply a little bit of soap and some water and they wipe completely clean. There's no need to put them in the dishwasher, nothing sticks to them. The one drawback that I would say is that the handles on the side of the pots heat up to almost the same temperature as the pot. The pans don't have this problem. We're cooking on a gas range, if that makes a difference... I believe I paid quite a bit considering the few pieces we got, however a week later the price it increased by several hundred dollars... I guess I should say I got a deal, but they're pots and pans and just like everything they will not last forever. 11 months into it and I would recommend these. Still cooking food, no flecking of cooking surface. The only potential drawback is on the pots... The handles which are made of metal get quite warm when you're boiling water or making soup or something like that. Cannot use the handles without a pot holder of some sort. Does not change quality of the product. I'll post an update a few months down the road to see how they're doing still.

Did not perform as claimed. Not non-stick. The coating flakes/chips (not using metal or scraping).
Summary: Did not perform as claimed. Not in the two years I've owned them from start to just around 20 months. They stick in almost all conditions. They have chipped despite careful use and perfect attention to use and care instructions. They are also in our vacation cabin and get used 20% of normal. Details below if you are interested from a warranty claim submission process. Their customer support completely dismissed me. Initial dismissal: They paste a response that it was wear/tear within three minutes of my initial email? Didn't even have time to review what I wrote in that period and still compose their response. The warranty process asks for details and pictures. I sent a link to all images. They were never downloaded (Drobpox notifies on viewing or download). It is simply a case of pasting scripted responses and denying the issues clearly communicated and documented with timestamped photos within and throughout the warranty period. Excerpt from warranty claim that described the use and issues below. They have not held up. I do not recommend (even at a relatively low price point). They don't perform as advertised even in a part-time kitchen. Most importantly, customer support is abysmal and disaffected. ------ I have followed the care instructions exactly (also attached), including: Never been in the dishwasher (even though it claims they are dishwasher safe) They have always been hand washed with a gentle brush or sponge and Dawn dish soap. We have never used a harsh cleaner or abrasive. I use silicone or plastic cooking utensils almost exclusively. The only exception is a wooden spoon or spatula. Even our tongs have silicone tips. We have not used metal utensils even though it says this is safe to do (within limitations). We use light oils such as grapeseed, olive oil, or butter. I’ve never used a cooking spray in these or any other pans. We use an induction cooktop at recommended settings. I’m an experienced cook. They have never been in an oven. They have never been left to sit or soak (always cleaned immediately after allowing them a normal cooldown at room temperature (and always off the cooktop). They have never been left on a cooktop hob empty/hot. The pans are always stored with protective felt liners between them. And considering the note below about these being in our vacation cabin, they are rarely disturbed. They are in their own dedicated drawer below the cooktop and are not mixed or piled with other cookware (pictures included). Lids are also stored separately in their own drawer. The pans are not performing as claimed and advertised. Problems include: Almost all regular foods we cook stick, including eggs, sautéed vegetables, or meats. Eggs are the most common food we cook in the pans (at least daily) and I cook sunnyside up on very low to medium heat with light oil or butter (or ghee). And yet the eggs always stick and require scraping with plastic spatula to remove from the pan. They don’t slide at all. I’ve tried medium heat and related with no change. Flipping an egg per a standard practice (throw/flip) is impossible, yet I’m skilled at this flip. Anything with any sugar content (sweet bell peppers) burns onto the pan. I use medium-high typical heat for this (never full). I have to use a soft plastic scraper and work to get the residue off. The most frequently used pans have developed a tinted/brown staining/film that will not come off the bottom of the pan. Several of the pans have flaking ceramic coating in spots or small lines. I can’t explain these as we don’t use metal utensils or silverware in the pans. **Infrequent Use** The pans are not performing and not holding up (flaking). But even more confusing is that fact that these pans are at our vacation cabin. We only use it 1-2 weekends a month or a week here and there when we can get away (but even when there, we don’t cook daily with these pans due to restaurants, takeout, use of other cookware). I would say they have seen 20% of the use of a normal pan over the comparable time period since it is not a full-time home. The 20% is a conservative/high estimate. By comparison to cheaper coated pans I have at our full-time home, The GreenPans have been used so gently and infrequently compared to our full-time home cookware. That full-time cookware at home basic non-stick (non ceramic) pans that are our daily use. They get the same care and approach with technique and tools but are used constantly and even by less-experienced cooks (like the teenagers). Those pans have held up for about 7 years and have zero issues. I wanted to go to ceramic by GreenPan for safety and eco, but they just are not performing as claimed.

I waited a for a month of use to review. If you follow the instructions, don't always use the highest heat setting, use non metal utensils, use the protectors to nest etc this set should last a long time. Very easy to clean, even heat. My only complaint is the pot lids don't have a hole for steam that my old set had so you have to leave the lid tilted on pot to avoid boil over.

I’ve had these pans for a little over a month. And have used according to the directions with a little oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Burning the food. I’ve tried turning the heat down, still burns. Also today I noticed that some of the pans were beginning to peel. Incredibly bummed as I was hoping these would last us for years. - didn’t make 2 months.

incredibly beautiful pots. very gentle to use. from improper storage I damaged one. now everything has started to stick to it. if one scratch appears it is a disaster. I wash it in the dishwasher. one minus. the handle gets very hot! impossible to touch. always have to use a glove

My wife was insisting on buying this set because of its 'healthy' materials. As a man, I didn't really consider it necessary but now I'm the one who uses them all the time. Easy to clean, fast to heat, and heats evenly! Pretty satisfied with it, highly suggested.
