I have diabetes so I'm always on the lookout for a mid morning or mid afternoon snack that isn't too high in carbs but tastes great. These fit the bill and taste so good. Nuts for some reason always fill me up and just a handfull will do when I need a little pick me up. They didn't even raise my blood sugar very high which was nice. They are very tasty, I love the dried cranberries and the price was great.

This was a wonderful snack to have every morning before I could make it to lunch. The only downsides was the packages were too small and I ate two packages each time. But the flavor and the freshness was extremely good.

I have been getting much of the line of Orchard Valley products. I like the way the packages are put together, the ingredients and the portion size. I like this 'Omega-3 Mix' for the ingredient variety and the taste.

These are very tasty snacks. They come in little packages enough for a quick afternoon snack or whenever. I like nuts, cranberry strips, dry garbanzo beans. Very crunchy.

My mom had to make a 15hr drive so I bought her some snacks that would be easy to eat in the car. She's recently diagnosed with diabetes so I was reading all the labels, looking for something healthy. She loved these. And they come in different flavor varieties so I bought another one and she liked it also. Great healthy snack.

Though the expiry date is still some months away. The packaging made the nuts looks very old. Bad choice
