I'm 72 years old and it took me this long to find the absolute best frying pans out there. Reasonable price for the quality of these pans. Although dishwasher safe, nothing sticks so they clean like a dream and I've never had to put them in the dishwasher. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I got three sizes of these and I love them all. I don’t need any oil after I seasoned them, I can cook on a much lower heat and everything cooks evenly. They are heavy, look nice and well constructed. I know these will last a long time.

I was so excited while purchasing this product after doing my research. I felt confident investing in a high-quality, long-term set of pans that aligned with my values — PFAS-free, safe, and durable. But my disappointment started just weeks in… and now, two months later, all three pans have chipped nonstick surfaces.This isn’t from rough use. It’s just me and my husband, and we’re gentle with our cookware — using only wooden utensils, handwashing most of the time, and avoiding high heat. Despite all the care, the nonstick layer on every single pan is already breaking down.Now I have to invest in another set, which is frustrating considering the price and promises of this product.I strongly believe the company should consider offering a money-back guarantee. If a product can’t hold up under normal, careful use in just two months, customers shouldn’t be left to carry the burden of replacing it.

I have used these for several months now. Did a good bit of research before deciding on them. They are still easy to clean and have not lost any of their non stick coating. They fit together nicely for storage and heat evenly. Would buy again.

I bought this to only make omelets and pancakes. I tried to make eggs right after taking the pan out of package without using any oil, and the eggs stuck. I had pre-heated the pan on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. It was fairly easy to clean the eggs off that stuck to the bottom of the pan using a regular soft kitchen sponge. This is not a pan that you can cook eggs in without using a little bit of oil.I next tried making a huge omelet with about a teaspoon of vegetable oil. The omelet was perfect and SLID right out of the pan. I am happy with this purchase. I do not know how it compares to the Caraway line, which is the top of the line, but for the price, this product exceeded my expectations.I did not plan on using this to cook regular meals in, or to put inside of an oven. This is literally an omelet pancake pan for me. I understand the Caraway line can be put in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I have cast iron, carbon steel, and stain less steel cookware that I put inside the oven or use for preparing most other dishes. Absolutely love these pans. Light weight yet heavy duty. Distributes heat evenly. Cleaning is a breeze.

So far (3 months use): no scratches, perfectly 'non-stick' -- despite regular use by teenagers.
