Good quality and great to make pancakes and bakes.

Quaker oatmeal was always a staple in my house hold growing up. However, sometimes we have to change things up a bit . I like this flour because it is not mixed with a lot of other flour, and I am trying to create new recipes using the same ingredients I knew as a child.

This is a good quality product and good alternative to use instead of regular flour and it is gluten free
