Good concept of self watering, nice plant & good packaging. Only concern was the missing water meter from the package.

Nice... but the soil of the other pot got scattered in the box...a bit disappointed about that one's packaging 🙁

Recommend not to buy from this brand. Better to buy from local florist shop. Received damaged soil undercover and Leaves were torn. Please check attached photos for reference

Quality was OK. The plant was newly put into the pot and because of the journey, the soil was dry and came a little lose, so the roots were not bound with the soul... I have watered it a little and adjusted the soil properly around the roots. I hope it will settle well in some days and the roots will bind to the soil. The pot was very lightweight. I had purchased it for the self watering feature of the pot. According to the price, the actual market value of the plant seems lesser. But it's a gift for office desk so that's fine.

The packaging was a headache , it was hard for me to unbox this or I'm just dumb, the soil was all over the box,anyway the plant had these broken leaves as you can see in the picture above, it can recover so I'm not really worried about it, the plant itself looks good, it's a plant what more can i say, idk much abt them, I will also upload picture when it grows large, I hope it does grow big (Edit: it died after 6 months, probably cuz I did smtg wrong idk)
