I don't typically write reviews for products but I felt this one deserved it. Originally, I was looking at a Mytee 1 gallon heated extractor but found this and after some research, I sprung to buy it as a combo pack (came with 1 gallon of Adam's carpet extractor and at that time it was cheaper as a combo than just to buy the extractor alone). I can say that I'm very pleased with the product and it definitely works as advertised. The instructions are very clear how to hook it up, flush it before first time use, and how to use. The heated water feature is an absolute game changer, especially as someone who has never had a heated extractor. Once warmed up, the water will literally steam as it's coming out of the sprayer nozzle. I tend to keep my car fairly clean with vacuuming, interior cleaning, and also having Weather Tech fitted floor mats to trap most of the dirt from carpet. I was still able to get dark brown water out of my carpets and seats with this extractor, even after an aggressive vacuum. The only negative I could possibly think to say is cost. It's slightly more expensive than it's Sandia counterpart but it also comes with a 15 foot hose and clear head (a huge selling point for me as I like to physically see the solution I'm extracting) versus an 8 foot hose and metal head on the Sandia. It may be slightly out of price point for a person just trying to keep 1-2 cars shampooed a couple times a year but I plan to use this to maintain multiple personal vehicles multiple times a year so I feel it's justified for this stellar product. I would recommend this to anyone looking to maintain the interior of your vehicle and always have that "new car" look and smell.

Stop contemplating. Either spend this much, or spend 5-10X as much and start a carpet cleaning business with your extractor. This thing is professional for cars and upholstery. I don’t think it could be used for carpets, but that’s it’s only limit. If you’re a spec checker like me and this doesn’t have “as many watts”, let me tell you, it gets HOT. Just buy it.

I've used this extractor 4 times in 2 years. Not because I didn't want to use it regularly, but because it is horribly unreliable and I needed months between uses to forget why I hated it. The water pump never works for more than a few minutes and then shuts off. The issue lies inside the machine, not the hose or wand. The heater and suction work flawlessly. I reached out to warranty at Adam's, and they referred me to Sandia, who actually manufactures the machine. Sandia referred me to another vendor, who told me the machine only has a 2 year warranty, not the 5 year indicated on Amazon or in Adam's included literature. They then said the failure was my fault for not running antifreeze through the pump after use to prevent corrosion. I verified nothing like that is recommended in the instruction manual. I can not recommend this machine, and I will no longer be using any of Adam's products.

Great machine so far, on my 1st pickup in my Detail shop. A clear suction head would be an amazing feature to have instead of a stainless head, that I wouldn't have had to buy separately at $150 additional. NOT PLEASED!

Advertisement shows the suction wand as having a clear window so you can see if the water is dirty or no water at all. The wand is stainless steel with no window. Misleading for an item that is not cheap. Contacted dealer and they said that they cannot get the advertised wand. The advertisement needs to be changed.

My father in laws detailing business hit home with this. Machine runs great. Instructions pretty straight forward. Doesn’t come with the soap will have to purchase separately.

It’s very easy to use. Instructions should have more picture illustrations .
