Cheating the Customer by giving dead plants.
The plant was almost dead when received. Tried my best to revive but unsuccessful. Don't buy. Sheer wastage of money.

Ordered multiple saplings. None of them tagged
I ordered 2 each of 3 different varieties from here. Total 6 saplings. Received them in tiny boxes in twisted condition. None of the saplings tagged. All look identical. Dont know which one is which variety. Poor job by seller.
