Delicious. Great taste: spicy and not at all sweet (I’ve run into that problem with some brands). More like Thai curry, not Indian curry, however the spice blend can be catered to taste like Indian curry if you prefer that. We use one heaping tablespoon of the red paste to the entire dish then pull some aside for our boys (they aren’t too keen on spice but tolerate some heat). We proceed to add anywhere from 3 tablespoons up to a full can for my husband and myself. In restaurant equivalents, we like to order 3 out of 5 on a Thai scale, not American scale 😂

This is awesome paste and a must have. Note that you should pair it with a good coconut milk to do it justice.

authentic Thai flavor with a perfect balance of spices, making it easy to create delicious curries at home. Has a good kick to it, I just add veggies, coconut milk, and some protein, and serve it with jasmine rice or quinoa. yummy

This curry is amazing. It’s my fav at Thai restaurants and when I make at home I use about 1/4 can with coconut milk or cream and golden raisins and add rice or potatoes. You control the heat by adding more of the coconut milk. Even my young grands love it. This is a good buy since a can last several meals.

I have been using this paste for years and love the flavor. However, Amazon has been shipping the cans in a flimsy bag causing more than half of them to be damaged. Knowing food safety, it can be unsafe to eat from dented cans. If the cans would come pristine, this would be a 5 star.
