It’s incredibly soothing and provides gentle, consistent pressure that really helps ease migraine pain and tension headaches. I love that it blocks out light completely it makes resting so much easier when you’re sensitive to brightness. The velcro straps to secure it is strong but not too strong. The material is soft and comfortable, and it stretches well without feeling too tight. I’ve used it both chilled and at room temperature, and it works great either way. When cold, it adds an extra level of relief that feels amazing on pressure points around the head and eyes. It’s easy to use, stays in place, and feels calming almost immediately. This has become one of my go-to items whenever I feel a migraine coming on. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who struggles with headaches or migraines.

My freezer is full of these things. I love them. I frequently get migraines. These are a huge help. I leave them in the freezer then when I go to use them take one out at a time, leave it on the counter for about 10 minutes before slipping it on. Really helps reduce the pain. They’re good quality, decent thickness, don’t hold smells or dirt. And fits comfortably covering most of your head. Great value for the money. If you don’t have one, buy two to start! You’ll love them.

Life saver for headaches. The only downside is that they don’t stay colder for longer but it feels amazing for about 30-45 minutes really helps the pain levels of a headache. Feels comfortable great fit and thickness. 10/10 would recommend

Between the cold and the pressure of the wrap , it does help with head pain . Recommend putting in refrigerator instead of freezer. In addition , DO NOT GET IT IN WATER . The gel pack totally absorbs the liquid and ruins it . I had to purchase another one because of this . I put mine in a cooler with ice to travel , and it totally destroyed the head wrap because of the melted ice . Even in the travel bag it comes with , the water got through . Otherwise , I really love this wrap .

This is the second one I've bought, and it's so I can have another to swap to when I've used the other one! This has been very helpful in dealing with occipital neuralgia. Of course it doesn't take the pain away completely, but the cold helps. The freezing gel inside stays comfortable and malleable, and the velcro allows me to keep it fit to my head without being too tight, a problem I've had with similar hats on Amazon. Honestly considering buying a third, I use them that often to manage pain. Obviously, where the velcro is, there is no cooling gel. This is fine for me, as my pain is all on one side, but something to be aware of as a buyer. Overall I'm really glad I found this style in particular, it works great for what I need it to!

I’m glad I bought the two pack because I ended up switching them out frequently, as they don’t seem to stay very cold for very long. Overall comfort is great. I love how soft and non invasive it feels. I think I am going to get two more and trying to layer them to insulate the cold a bit better. But I will say my temperature regulator is way off when I have a migraine, so this could just be a “me” issue. Overall the product is great and I will add it to my assortment of symptom management tools.
