Etnies Joslin 2

Don't understand why the design has a velcro strap, but I took it off. Besides that great fit since a 14 isn't an easy find, and most shoe manufacturers run small.

Etnies has nothing to prove when it comes to design skate shoes:- thing is tough as nails, doesn't wear out easily- the strap is a really great addition if you don't like hi-tops but like good maintain- the sole is incredibly grippy (awesome for board control)- the impact cushioning is at the level of the external soles I usually use (Footprint)- skaters who like close boardfeel may not like them as they are pretty cushionny, but I don't like vulc or thin skate shoes myself, so these are builds that I naturally gravitate towards.This shoe has everything, plus I'm a personal fan of Chris Joslin.

Never have foot problems been an issue. Used to skate for days in my Vans no problem. Skated in these for a couple days now I am nursing plantar fasciitis in my popping foot and can barely walk let alone skate.
