The Whole Truth - Protein Bars - Coffee Cocoa - Pack of 6 (6 x 52g) - All Natural - No Added Sugar

Tasty n filling. I liked the gooey texture and quality is good as it did not give me any stomach issues, which most protein bars do for me. They r healthy as no added sugar. Found it a bit expensive.

Best protein bar, I have ever had. Clean and natural ingredients, with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners in it. But, I got a coffee flavoured bar, which has 14g protein of around 280 kcal per bar. I feel it’s bit excessive for the protein that it actually contains but still manageable with right diet intake.

Coffee Cocoa has become my absolute favourite. So here’s a detailed review: Flavour - It’s incredibly tasty. Chocolate, with the bitterness of coffee - you’re lost in the mix of simple authentic flavours. This one is for those who love black coffee, so don’t expect a very sweet tasting bar. Ingredient – I was surprised to see all ingredients declared upfront on the pack. No additives whatsoever. That’s rare! Packaging – Comes in an unpretentious brown box. The inside has a quirky and informative long letter, shredded waste paper for insulation (how thoughtful!) and the bars along with some other fun brand messaging. Value for money – The bars aren’t cheap, but they are very filling and have great ingredients. Overall they do provide good value for money. Use – I eat it whenever I crave a snack, or have it post workout. Sometimes as an ingredient for my smoothies.

Smells good tastes good easy to chew and digest. But could be better.

Totally in love with this flavour. But the bars are getting thinner! I noticed it recently. It's sad that they are already expensive, and now they are reducing the quantity. Edit: 19/9/2025 I'm sad to say that the bars have now become even smaller in size. It's disappointing.
