A superior chocolate snack or it can be used for baking
Excellent chocolate chips for snacking or baking. If you are a connoisseur of lower sugar content chocolate then I highly recommend this Callebaut bag of chocolate chips. You can eat them as a snack or use them in baking. The chocolate notes are complex and come to the fore since this is 70.5% cocoa content. I get notes of earthiness or umami, some sweetness, and some sour and bitter vibes. The overall experience is sublime. A bonus is that low sugar content chocolate has a low glycemic index.

Excellent chocolate
These are the best callets I’ve found. They are great for ganache and baking. The blocks of Callebaut I use for couverture.

Good for tempered darker chocolate
I've been using this chocolate for tempered decorations and whatnot. The chocolate tempers well and tastes good. I found that working temperature about 2 degrees lower than what's recommened on the bag worked better for me. Delivery wasn't great, but isn't the product's fault.

Best Quality Chocolate
It is the best tasting chocolate I have used. I use it in baking all of the time. It melts well and is not waxy. It is a bit expensive compared to some chocolate but worth it to me.

High-quality chocolate, rich and smooth
This is clearly a premium chocolate. The flavor is deep, rich, and well-balanced. not overly sweet, with a clean cocoa taste. It melts smoothly and works great for baking, dipping, or just eating on its own if you like darker chocolate. You can tell the quality is much higher than typical chocolate wafers. If you’re looking for something that feels “fancy” and professional-grade, this is it. I’ll definitely keep buying this. The color is amazing, with right tampering it’s glossy and wonderful, and the texture is smooth and perfect.

I bought this to make mousse and banana bread etc and actually.. and here is the big reveal..I no longer buy all that over-packaged, hyped chocolate that goes in a minute in front of the telly. These little babies are heaven eaten from the packet..great flavour, smooth melt in the mouth but not sickly and no sugar-burn as it is a dark chocolate. We have them in a jar marked "good boys & girls" [I'm showing my age and did we really give our dogs chocolate in the 70's & 80's!!] and a small handful after a meal is just bliss. Simple good food with barely any packaging..but if you want to talk recipes..then how long have you got? I make our own chocolates laced with nuts and dried fruit in a matter of minutes as well, so really...ditch the rip off bars and get creative with this wonder bag of yumminess [plus dark choc is GOOD for you]

Used for making truffles. Best chocolate I have tried. Used this chocolate for at least a couple years. No reason to try anything different. Really like the 70% cocoa.
