Not fully compatible with Zoom Rooms
Overall I am satisfied with the quality of this phone. However...we bought it to function as a Zoom Room controller and it was listed as compatible. 1) The documentation on how to use this as a Zoom Room controller is nonexistent. We needed to spend hours in various forums learning the correct sequence of firmware(s) etc, to install. One of which was not even publicly available. So it was already a rocky start. 2) The wireless microphones do NOT work once the phone is converted to a Zoom Room controller. Yealink support verified this issue and said they are working on it for Q2. The wireless microphones were one of the key reasons we bought this phone and so for that reason alone its getting returned to Amazon. To Yealink's credit they did respond right away to my question about the wireless external mics.

The CP965 Model is a lemon. If it fails after 1 year, Yealink does not honor warranty service.
There is a Known Hardware Flaw with this model of Yeallink Conference Phone. (CP965) Don't purchase this model. CP960's are older but don't have the flaw. Can't speak to the CP925 yet. If it fails within the 1st year, you are good to warranty. If it happens after 1 year, you are stuck with a brick and Yealink will not stand behind this particular product if it is out of warranty, regardless of the known hardware defect. We purchased these CP965s in December of 2022. We troubleshot them with Yealink support and they let us know that these models had a flaw where randomly the audio would just stop working. No sound. No microphone. We purchased 2 of these. They both lost sound after about 1.5 years of service. They gave us a procedure to power off phone, wait 10 minutes, turn back on and try again 3 or 4 times. We did this on both phones we purchased. They confirmed it was a known hardware issue and needed RMA. However, because these 2 phones were out of warranty by half a year, they wouldn't honor the RMA. No negligence on our side. No misuse or abuse. We feel that this was an improper way to handle this as such an expensive model that they are still selling today should last loner than that. We are now going to have to buy a different product and eat the cost. We can't in good conscience buy 2 more of these and roll the dice. We use mostly Yealink in our customer VOIPI Environments and otherwise we really have liked their products, but now we are doing our best to get the knowledge out there about this particular model. Mainly because they are not taking proper care of their customers in regards to this hardware failure.

Initially the incorrect product was shipped, but Easy Trading Co support quickly fixed this for us. The Yealink conference phone works quite well in our test Microsoft Teams calls.
