First order had a bent top platen, I returned before using and they sent a replacement.1. Temperature runs higher than you set it for5 months later:2. SMELLS LIKE IT'S ON FIRE THE MOMENT I TURN IT ON!Invest your money in a more reputable brand.

Super easy to use and is a great heat press. My only complaint would be that you can’t keep the press closed when it’s on, the timer will count down and then continuously beep until you open the press back up. This is a minor complaint on my end, but I love the press and how easy this makes things for large projects

It works really well, I just wish the bottom could be pulled out.

Manufacturing process seems haphazard. The padding was ripped from what is clearly a shipping strap that was used on the machine, but was not there when I opened my unit, so either I got a used machine or they're not careful in the machine assembly. There's no second handle on the bottom. So this means that when you lift the top plate off, the recoil bounces the machine around. We have to reach under the machine and hold the feet with one hand, while opening with the other. But I will say that the pressure seems good and it heats evenly. Heats quickly but takes an hour to cool even though we unplugged it. Just holds heat well.

Absolutely love my new press! Exactly what I wanted

The media could not be loaded. I enjoyed this heat press when I receive it in December 2024. It had all the features I wanted., & being that I wanted to press larger items this 16x20 was ideal for me. I should have read the reviews first. But I didn’t. I purchased this in December 2024, and now it is June 20 25 it is not quite six months yet and the heat press is not turning on! Ughhhh I will contact the manufacturer to let them know that the heat press machine is not working! I ran to read the reviews and it confirmed. Product brand is not . I guess I just buy another one but not from this company. I don’t want to deal with any runaround! I am highly disappointed!!!
