Great product. Good sound. Battery lasts well. No complaints. Good value for money. Fit the ear well. Not heavy. Easy to set up.

The sound is clear with decent bass, Bluetooth 5.0 connection is stable, and pairing was quick and easy. The noise cancellation works reasonably well for everyday environments, and the in-ear fit is comfortable for long use. The charging case is compact and holds a good charge. Overall, great value for money. Ideal for casual listening, travel, or workouts.

Horrible sound Disconnect reconnect disconnect reconnect worse that what I got from Temu

I accidently washed my Earbuds last week and am about to go on a long trip and needed another set. Noise cancelling is important to mehe because I have metamorphosis! These are so loud, clear and paired easy. I can honestly say for the little price tag, these are fantastic. They fit comfortably and snug in my ear and stay there even with a lot of movement. The sound quality is great for what they cost, not too much base compared to brands that cost £100 and upwards but definitely more than enough. Phone calling quality and the microphone is clear for the person on the end of the phone. They paired to my android in less that 1 min and they automatically connect as soon as they are in. They have an Ipad type charger and charging seems fast Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend any one looking at these to get them. I’d happily buy again.

They work seamlessly and connect easy, they fit in my ears very good and are secure, meaning it is suitable for exercise. Good value for money My only problem is that the button that activates Siri is sometimes not reliable and annoying when it activates Siri from only touching your ear.

"I'm absolutely blown away by these i12 earbuds! The sound quality is incredible - crisp and clear with deep bass. They're super comfortable to wear and the fit is perfect. I've been using them for hours on end without any discomfort. The battery life is amazing too - I've been getting a full day's use out of them without needing to recharge. And when I do need to recharge, it's quick and easy. I've tried other earbuds in the past, but these i12s are by far the best. The price is unbeatable too - I'd expect to pay triple the price for earbuds of this quality. Don't hesitate to buy these - you won't regret it! 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!"

The sound quality is perfectly fine and the volume is sufficient that they can be used on an aeroplane and still be clear. The touch functionality is a bit on the sensitive side so I found that I paused the audio unintentionally when touching my face or adjusting the earpiece. Also, there is no way of monitoring the charge level of the devices. There are other earbuds at a similar price range that have a display on the case to show this but I guess this will only be an issue if you don't have a chance to charge them fully before use. They are, however, pretty comfy in the ear.
