It actually works to bring blood flow to the surface aiding in muscle repair! It’s not comfortable but it does help manage pain!

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He had a similar one and asked for this as it was a little suppose to be a little more aggressive. He loves it. Uses it almost everyday.

This is way more intense and a thicker, longer lasting foam pad. I used an off brand mat for a couple years, when I upgraded to this, the difference was incredible. It does take time to get used to but it is awesome. This mat always puts me to sleep so be caeful!

I’ve always had trouble sleeping. This mat has done wonders for me. 20 minutes each night and I am sleeping like a baby and staying asleep throughout the night. It is a little tough at first, but if you can make it 5 min, the next 15 are wonderful. It also helps with my lower back pain and shoulder pain. I wish I had discovered this years ago! ✌️❤️
