Use your own 50' hose and better gun +filter, otherwise love it
I already knew I liked these little electric pressure washers for washing the car and other odd tasks. The problem is that I needed a better place to keep my stand-up one, and its rolly-cart-style wheels made it tip over and stupid on the driveway. Enter Bob, the short Chemical Guys one with standard spinning caster wheels. It's so tiny that it fits right onto the shelf, a big priority in my garage. I do love most of the other kit items that came with it (the washes, waxes, the Big Mouth soap sprayer, the drying towel, the wash mitt, all killer quality). Although it all works out of the box, the hose is too short, the wand is poo, and leaks on the garden hose side. All issues are fixable with stuff you can buy right here on giant Amazon. I added a Flexzilla 50' hose, a Simpson spray gun, and a decent brass particle filter for the garden hose side—no more irritations after those upgrades. It shouldn't replace a gas-powered pressure washer. It has similar-spec competition from DeWalt and several other well-known br. Still, it rates as good or better for nominal pressure and flow rate by comparison and is about a hundred dollars cheaper than those. It is also smaller, and its caster wheels make it excellent for rolling around the driveway. Mine doesn't have any problems or irritations after those kit upgrades. I would also put the same upgrade kit on a DeWalt or any other brand. So, although none of those other big tool brands offered a similar thing when I bought Bob, I'd happily repurchase Bob, even today. It's so tiny, compares well with pressure spec, rolls well, and costs much less.

Scam product do not buy
I got this back in July of 2023 (year and half ago). In that time I maybe used the product a dozen of times. The product looks great and like it should last but it didn't. Within 6 months and maybe 8 uses the product was leaking everywhere and was not holding pressure so I got a warranty replacement back in March 2024. The replacement was used maybe 3 or 4 times and this time it stopped working in the middle of washing my car and leaking everywhere. I called them again to try and get another replacement or repair but they stated that the replacement does not come with any warranty and that the original warranty is only good for a year. If you're looking at reviews to consider buying a new washer. I would 100% NOT recommend this product. It will not last, it will have defects soon after the first use (leaks), and the warranty is only good for 12 months after that they won't even try to repair or do a partial refund. Previously I had a greenworks brand washer which was great and never gave me issues. Had it for 5 years but was bigger and harder to store. I thought I was upgrading but instead wasted 200 bucks. Do not waste your money on this. It's a scam

My car seat has never been so clean!
This is my new favorite toy! I’ve already used it to clean my patio furniture, driveway and front porch. A few days after it arrived, my lil had a small accident in her car seat. Cleaning a car seat is a HUGE pain, so I decided to see if my new pressure washer could make my life easier. It took me less than 10 mins to make my car seat sparkle! I was able to get all the crud out of the nooks and crannies, and the material basically looks brand new! I’ll be doing this on the regular from now on! It’s also quiet and compact, so it’s not a hassle to bring it out to clean. UPDATE: When you turn on the PW is makes a noise for a couple seconds, then turns off. Your machine has NOT FAILED! It has turned off by design to conserve water and energy. Once you unlock the trigger and squeeze, it will work. This confused me for a moment, and it looks like it has confused others as well. Hope that helps!

Bad product No lo recomiendo, No No no
I have to say that this product surprised me by breaking down so quickly. I only used it 2 times and when I tried to use it for the third time, when I turned it on, it stopped working correctly. It has water leaks that make it stay on. Call amazon for the return and the return date has closed. Day of purchase 27-Dec-22 delivery 12-Jan-23. Despite the fact that it says on the box in big letters what it really is not, PSI and GPM. I think I had bad luck with this product. I do not recommend it. Lost money

Read before buying! You may not like this but it seems good for my use.
Update: this thing died on me 2 weeks after I had it a year. It is gushing water from inside and the pump won’t shut off when you release the handle. I took it apart and the problem is on the outlet side of the pump. The here is a manifold that contains the pressure cut off switch and the output quick disconnect. One of the O-rings on the manifold is pinched because the stress of the outlet hose flexes the entire manifold. This is fixable if I can find the right o-rings. It’s really a pity because another $3 of better parts would have made this a 5 star product. I bought a Chemical Guys foam cannon for my cars and knew I needed a pressure washer for it. The problem is, my pressure washer is a nice, 6HP Honda powered. beast. More washer than I need, and fairly loud. I like to wash the cars early in the morning before the sun comes up and I'm sure the neighbors would love hearing that thing every Sunday at 7 AM. So I went looking for an electric washer. Normally, the cheapos have a crappy washer hose and wand that you can't use regular accessories with. A decent electric unit is over $800 and has only half the pressure/GPM rating of my gas unit. This Chemical Guys unit looked like it was just what I wanted. Small, cheap, used regular Quick Disconnect hardware. But I read the reviews and there was a lot of bad words about the connections cracking and breaking. And water spraying all over the place. But since it said "Free Returns" I figured I'd give it a try. Lets go with the good first It's compact and light It uses standard QDs for the hose. In fact, I use the hose for my gas washer with it, which is larger diameter and longer. I also can hook it up to a standard pressure washer handle. It puts out enough pressure/water volume to allow you rinse your car off, operate the foam cannon, and rinse the car off. The washer detects when you squeeze the handle and starts the pump automatically. This is really handy because you don't want the pump running when you're not spraying and you don't have to walk over to the box to turn it off. The bad news is that the system still leaks enough that the pressure drops and the pump will run momentarily every 30 seconds or so to keep the pressure up. The not so good: While the unit seems capable enough to operate the foam cannon and rinse, the pluming fixtures are poorly made and look like they'd fail after a short amount of use. Especially bad is the garden hose/filter/quick disconnect that feeds the machine. I had to replace the hose washers and use teflon tape on the threads to keep water from spraying out of the fitting. It still dribbles quite a bit, but it's acceptable. The supplied hose/want works ok, but again is really cheap and I prefer my regular washer gun handle. The pump box is so light, that the weight of the hose constantly causes it to tip over. This does not seem to hurt anything, but because of the cheap plastic construction, I can see some important connector cracking and breaking off eventually. I have no ideal how long this thing will last. When the pump is running, there is a definite smell of something not quite burning, but like it's overheating. Conclusion: I literally took this out of the box this morning and washed 2 cars with it. The first one went pretty slow, but once I got the hang of the foam cannon and the washer, I knocked the second car off fast. There is plenty of pressure and water volume to get the heavy dirt off the paint before applying the foam. My final rinse is with DI water from my Spotless system, and this is nice because it gives a thorough rinse with a minimum amount of water. If I keep this, I'll be buying a metal QD to replace the clear plastic garbage the garden hose hooks up to. It's a pity because if they spent an extra couple of bucks there a lot of the bad reviews you see would not have been written. If I replace that part, I'll also have to find some sort of filter or screen to keep junk from going into the pump. The fact I can use my standard pressure washing hose an hardwire with this unit is a definite plus, and the main reason I rated it a 4. If I were just rating it based on what came in the box, I'd have given it a 2. I'll update this review assuming I don't return it during the return window.

Works well for the money.
I used this extensively and works for a DiY at home car cleaning solution. I took 1 star off because mine broke 6 months in. The replacement warranty process was semi-painless. A new and working unit was shipped to me. The process however took long enough that I bought a Active 2.3 instead of waiting. Which is a dedicated entry level professional pressure washer. I will also note that my Neighbor after seeing my ProFlow bought one and it arrived broken. The machine works well and feels well made but maybe needs some better quality control at the manufacture.

Quite a few issues and no support
Probably one of the most expensive electric pressure washers you will find for the PSI and features. However, I purchased anyway because of the Chemical Guys brand. The on and off switch will fail and go past the off position w the smallest of pressure, when initially plugging in the unit and turning it on it would stay stuck on until I squeezed the trigger on the handle, finally I got all setup to use it yesterday to wash my vehicle and the distribution pipe with a glued on plastic quick connect fitting shot out from the unit. Upon inspection it appears that the aluminum either cracked and failed or it just failed altogether. I read through the reviews about how bad this unit was and figured Chemical Guys had to be aware and would more than likely stand behind the product in some capacity. Sent an inquiry on their website and got a fast response that it was being forwarded to the corresponding department and I would receive a reply. Two days later I got this response “ Hi Eirik, Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate the following information. I would like to take this time to inform you that our pressure washer units come with a one year warranty. As the unit was purchased as of October 3rd of 2023, the units warranty has ended as of last year. Therefore we would not be able to further assist. We apologize for the inconvenience experienced and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for being a part of the Chemical Guys family! Adrian” Definitely not good customer service.
