Can this plant tolerate lower temperatures

My happy leaf manjula, seems to be happy in an area, of the house without direct heating,I would think about 18 to 20°c. It took a few weeks to settle and a number of " brown speckled" leaves which I removed. It has now started to produce a new leaf
