I had a very positive experience with the team at VIVI Cap. My original cooling pen had a small defect, and they immediately reached out personally to make it right. Daniel called me directly to help resolve everything and even sent a replacement along with a thoughtful gift. When I accidentally forgot to include the defective unit in my return, they were kind, understanding, and even sent another label with zero issues. The new device works great, and the level of professionalism and care they showed really impressed me. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I feel relieved to have a functioning insulin pen travel case without the fear of my insulin overheating. I highly recommend both the company and the product!

08.30.2018 Since I purchased this product for my dad eight months ago for his trip to Cancun, he has been using it as his pen cap everyday and when the pen is done, he just takes a new pen and places VIVI CAP on it instead of the cap that comes with the pen- that’s it. No worries about outside temperature anymore ever since, and, he doesn’t have to do anything special for this, just keeps the VIVI CAP on every pen he uses. We also realizes that even when the pen side is warm on touch, the insulin part, that’s covered by VIVI CAP, is not! To make sure the insulin is in good shape he just has to push the button and observe the indicator going green for few seconds. That easy. It’s a truly great product and,in fact, I just bought him a second one for his extra pen. Little hint: Make sure you hear a click when putting the Vivi cap on. See the video. This is an amazing product. My dad recently went on vacation in Cancun, and this pen was a life saver. It kept his insulin safe and cool, even during the day trips in +90F temperatures. It’s easy to carry and gives you peace of mind on the top of being very user friendly and effective. We are very happy with this product, and would definitely recommend it to any insulin-dependent person.

I bought one of these last year and it worked perfectly and I was impressed the way it kept my insulin at the correct temperatures. A week or so ago it stopped working correctly so I contacted customer service . The treatment I received from them was absolutely the best Ron who was dealing with my problem was positive and immediately told me that I would receive a new unit but in the meantime told me how I could try and reset the unit I already had, unfortunately it did not work . Ron had one sent out to me immediately and I received it within a week of my fist contact with Ron. I love this unit as it give me freedom to come and go with no worries about keeping my insulin at the proper temps. Again Thanks Ron .

The item arrived defective, but I had direct help from the manufacturer and a refund was made. Im so happy with the customer service I received. I bought a replacement today directly from them (since I really need this product for my insulin) with a discount for the inconvenient, hope this time works!

I really don’t understand the effectiveness of the product, as it’s not actively cooling the pen. It does maintain the insulin pen at the lower temperature as it doesn’t make contact with anything else but the air chamber inside. My medication didn’t lose effectiveness. Product felt on the floor broke a little part of plastic, still working fine.

I really like this product. I will repurchase it next time.

3 months in and the unit failed. The light turned red and my insulin is cooked. Maybe that's why they only give you a 30 day warranty/return/refund policy. Not worth the money invested. ($110, US) Very disappointed ! 🙄 Don't waste your time or your money !

Love these. I have 2 of them. I keep one in my purse and one in my pickleball bag to keep my insulin stable in the weather.
