I was dubious about this product but was greatly impressed with the results. Having cleaned the floors this polish was so easy to apply with a microfibre mop I had purchased for the occasion. The tiles had been laid about two months ago and they had a matte finish that was dull and seemed to stain and mark easily. This polish not only sealed the tiles but also gave a lovely glossy shine which really lifted the tiles. The floor remained shiny and didn’t mark or stain so readily which made it far more easy to keep it looking good for much longer. Ten out of ten for this product.

Really wanted this to work as have Victorian mosaic floor in hall which looks so nice when wet and shiny. I washed the floor as directed then applied the polish. Initially it looked good but on drying the shine did not last. I applied another coat but unfortunately the same occurred.

My kitchen tiles were dull and I wanted a better appearance. This product seems ideal. I thoroughly washed the floor and applied it, leaving it to dry for about an hour. It looked great for a day or so until things were splashed onto the floor. Wiping up a small spill, all the polish in that area came off and it looked patchy and dreadful. Rubbing any marks on the mark and the polish came off like a layer of damp dust. Even the damp cats paws took it off. Within a week it looked dreadful and I now have the challenge to remove it from all the tiles. Don’t waste your money

I found it a good product to use, easy to apply and more important of all, "Non Slip'' Although the shine of the floor was not sparkling, I was happy with the shine of my floors. I think value for money, and the smell was not overpowering. I will purchase again

Very disappointing not effective at all

Does what it says on the tin! Very easy to apply using a cloth on the bottom of a steam cleaner without the steam. Need to wait a few hours to see the full effect. I would not say a high gloss finish, but certainly a nice sheen.

Was not impressed with this product- used it on my stone floor and left streaks and a waxy mess that I had to scrub off

I am not happy with the product, I expected my tile look as wet.
