Nice, sensible light with flexible mounting options
Nice, bright, reliable light. I have a tool bag under the seat of my bike, so I like the option of mounting this on the bar that goes from the rear axle to the seat. I also like the sensible battery operation. So much easier to just pop in a new battery rather than have to take the light off and find a USB charger. I also find the operating modes very sensible. These lights with multiple modes are annoying to me - why do I need seven blinking options? This light has three - steady on, slow flash, and rapid flash. And then when you turn it off it remembers your last mode so you don't have to toggle through a bunch of modes to find what you want.

Great light for commuting, or any nighttime riding
I bought two of these light for my commuter and have been very happy with it. It's suitably bright and visible, particularly when using the pattern flashing. Plus, it has a solid mode for those times you're riding in a group (never, ever have your taillight on blink in a group). Since it uses AA batteries, it's easy to get the light running again if the batteries were to die. I just carry a couple extras with me. The mount is what makes this light, though. The twist-down mount is hands-down my favorite for tail lights. The mount itself is fully articulating, so you can easily mount it anywhere and point it in the optimal direction. I have one mounted vertically on the left seat-stay near the dropout. The clip mount also works great, and I have the second light hanging off the loop of my commuter backpack. Bright, good mounting options, easy maintenance that won't leave you stranded. You can't go wrong.

Was a bright light.... was.
Let me preface this by stating perhaps I just got a defective light but mine lasted just shy of four and half months. I went to change the batteries today and felt that it wasn't as bright as it used to be even with new batteries. So I put a fresh set of batteries in it and went to turn it on. However, now only one LED will illuminate tried putting in the old batteries same thing. So this light is no longer working and I'm trying to decide if it's worth returning or not. Up until it died I was reasonably happy with it. It was bright enough to be seen during midday as well as at night. The light seemed to hold up just fine to rain, road spray and splashes. It was really great on batter and I only needed to change the batteries twice. That includes all the times I forgot it was on and went into class or into a shop. I always wonder how visible it was at distances over a standard block. I loved the rapid flash mode one of the best flashing modes I've seen. Pros +Bright light +Great battery life +Great flashing mode Cons -Might not be very visible at a distance -Died after four months

This is a quality light.
I've been using this for almost a year now. Works great every time. The mounting is easy and solid. The light can be removed easily without taking off the whole mount, it just unclips. I use it in the rain also. The batteries last a long time, I haven't had to replace them yet. The 3 settings; strobe, flash, and solid are easy to switch between with one hand. This light is very visible to be seen by cars, however, it isn't really bright enough for a good view of the road in pitch black conditions.

Great “random flash” rear bike light for really high viz!
Great rear bike light. Press & hold to turn on in random strobe LED mode (high viz). Quick press to toggle modes or press & hold to turn off. Comes with seat post mount & belt clip (which I used to attach to my saddle bag).

Short Service Life
My third one. They work fine - until they don't. Made in China POS. It's yet another throw-away and buy yet another every few months if they get used regularly.

which is nice. I keep it on flash
This front light is very bright. It runs on batteries so it's not as lightweight as some Cateye safety lights, but that's okay with me. No more blinking modes than necessary, which is nice. I keep it on flash, because I don't try to use it as a headlight, and the seizure blinking mode probably distracts drivers more than it warns them. If you live in a city, I highly recommend a flashing safety light so parked cars open their doors in front of you and nobody cuts you off while you're in the bike lane. Mount has never bothered me, not the sleekest thing but this is the only solid safety light I could find. And trust me, once you're actually moving, it is very solid. Everybody can see you coming. I think Cateye could've made this front light more aerodynamic, but whatever, it works super well and it still looks cool mounted horizontally on your handlebars. Remember, this is not a front light. You won't see anything new on dark streets. It's so people don't hit you. Enjoy.

Awesome bike light. Easily carry spare batteries with you, but lasts a long time (80+ hours of riding) between changes. Waterproof through rain and snow. Few different flashing modes, but nice and bright and lots of visibility from all angles. Easy to mount and move between bicycles/backpacks etc
