Pain be gone
Had been getting pain in my knees when using stairs, walking & during some yoga poses. I'm not a fan of pharmacy medications if I can avoid them, so decided to see if turmeric would help & I'm happy to report I've no longer got pain.Definitely worth a try at least & for me it worked.
