como tanta chinada que abunda hoy día, estos suajes tienen sus días que cortan mejor que otros, por qué?, nadie sabe! Hay que pasarlas muchas veces para que logre el corte total y se desprendan bien las partes que no deben estar. Mi consejo es que les pasen un poco de papel encerado por la parte del filo antes de usarlos, sí, el de hornear, porque facilita mucho el corte y el desprendimiento.
