Ok this gum is so interesting! I helps calm you without making you sleepy. These are OK. They do have a heavy, heavy honey taste. I felt no different as far as being calm. They do have some little ridges which you can kind of run your tongue over and fidget with. The tin that they come in is very cute. It’s like, when it’s empty you want to try and find something to do with it because it’s adorable. For the price, I would not buy them again. This was a curiosity buy.
