Great product. However, the powder is difficult to mix into water since it floats and clumps on top. I found that my little battery operated, hand held milk frother makes mixing fast and simple. Add a little extra flavor helps too ( ie. Orange Crush flavored drink mix, or any other flavor for that matter) After you mix it, drink it down quickly, before it begins to thicken. Psyllium has numerous heath benefits: Constipation, Diarrhea, Cholesterol, Heart health, Prebiotic, Blood sugar, Boosting Satiety.

I love this psyllium and love the orange flavor but sadly, they stopped making this flavor. So bummed.

It works but it's nearly unpalatable. I've tried every sugar free brand available to me and this is just gross. I regret I bought this and I'll be buying the local store brand as soon as I can.

If your intention of using psyllium fiber is to stimulate going to the bathroom, so to speak, then this Konsyl Daily Fiber does the job reliably, which is all you can ask. I'm not a huge fan of the tangerine flavor, but that is a personal quibble. I guess the best that can be said about it is that it's relatively weak; I down the whole glass and it's one and done. I was asked to rate it for traveling, and gave it 2/5 because the bag is too large to conveniently just toss into your luggage – but I suppose it's better than other brands that give you a huge plastic container. Anyhow, it's works, and I highly recommend it.

This was recommended to me and it mostly got things right. I have to ever so slowly mix it into my drink and there's still some fine powder left, but it's not intrusive or gritty, so I can handle it. The taste is "vaguely tastes like a few different orange-colored things" but pleasant, certainly not overpowering. My perfect drink is makes 32 oz of liquid. I put in 12oz of water from my faucet filter thing, then mix the psyllium into that. Then I add 20oz of sparkling water, usually Tangerine Mango. Finally I top it off with a tablespoon of Orange Juice Concentrate. Everything blends together nicely. What's weirder is that it tastes better with the psyllium than without, so that's nice to know. Other sparkling waters I use are coconut, pineapple, lime, or lemon flavor. Anything tropical-y seems to pair nicely with the "vaguely tastes like a few different orange-colored things" flavor.
