I have purchased this product in 800 rupees and i would say in this amount decent product but taste is not good, kind of okay if you don't want taste than go for it.

It’s sugar free but I was hoping there would be some type of flavor but it seems like I’m just drinking atta, or it can be atta only because it doesn’t mixes well also

I started to use this when I started to go to gym. I was afraid of taking supplements with high protein as I was not drinking water well and thought that might cause damage to kidneys so I started from this. My workouts were not intense in the beginning so this was very good at that time. When I took this with banana shake I used to see no pain in the body. The muscles were repairing fine. But second time I got a packet with different scoop and smell was also different. I am not sure if it was because the second one was fake or because of increase in intensity of my workout, I feel so much pain for almost 2 days. So I discontinued it for higher protein supplements. But this product is wonderful as it had lot of other vitamins and minerals for boosting metabolism, immunity and keep body in good shape. Definitely recommend it for beginners.
