Good budget phone
I bought this having dropped my other Xiaomi phone whilst on holiday as the screen had smashed. It was a very budget phone but only in terms of cost. I was overall very happy with the quality and specification of the phone. Had everything I needed and more at a fraction of the cost of other phones. It arrived the next day whilst we were away enabling me to collect this from a local shop. It was super easy to sync and I was back up and running within an hour of receiving it. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Good mobile.
I bought this for my husband as I know it is so easy to use and it is his first smart phone. This is one of the nicest mobiles I have had myself and I have had several more expensive well known brands in the past to compare it with. Although this one is less expensive by half than my own, it does more or less the same with an even better camera and slimmer. The price is so competitive that why fork out for anything more expensive. Looks nice and easy to set up. Husband very happy with his nice new mobile and soon put his Facebook, messenger and other apps on it without any bother. As I stated, his very first smartphone which he thought he didn’t need but now converted.

A good smart phone when it chooses to work.
I have been very pleased with this phone I am not very demanding, I use it as a phone and a means of sending texts and taking photo's, when the next GP is and when and who Liverpool are playing. Oh and what the weather is doing and not much else. Today I was on the phone talking then realised I was talking to myself. I assumed I had lost the signal, however, the phone would not restart, the battery had 72% remaining when I started the call, the call lasted18minutes so the battery was not flat. I put the phone on charge when I checked it was fully charged and working fine? The person I was talking to tried to call me back but got nothing. Fortunately, it was neither an emergency or an urgent call. Nevertheless, should it happen again it will be going back to the supplier, I need a mobile which works all the time not when it feels like it.

Worth every penny
I recently got my hands on the Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022, it has been quite a pleasant surprise for a budget smartphone. With 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, it does a solid job of handling everyday tasks. I’ve been able to run multiple apps without noticeable lag, which is impressive for a phone in this price range. One of the standout features for me is the 6.5-inch FHD+ DotDisplay. The screen is bright and sharp, making it great for watching videos and scrolling through social media. The 90Hz refresh rate is a nice touch too; it makes everything feel smoother when scrolling or gaming, which is not something I expected in this segment. The camera performance is decent for casual photography. While it may not compete with flagship devices, it captures good photos in well-lit conditions. Low light, as you'd expect, isn’t its strong suit, but it gets the job done with a little extra light. Battery life has been impressive as well. The 5000mAh battery easily lasts a full day, even with regular use, which is a huge plus. I appreciate not having to worry about my phone dying midway through the day. In terms of design, it feels pretty standard, but it doesn’t feel cheap. The back has a nice texture that adds a bit of grip, which is a small but useful detail. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable smartphone that checks the basics and a bit more, the Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 is definitely worth considering. It may not be the flashiest option, but it simply works well for most daily needs.

You get what you pay for
My previous phone was the Redmi Note 8, which I originally bought because it was cheap. And I have to admit that I bought this new Redmi10 for exactly the same reasons. I wasn't expecting much but the Redmi 10 couldn't even meet my low expectation. I purchased it in May 2023 and it by September 2023 it was dying (I could not make any voice calls on - apparently I sound like a crackling robot). As soon as it arrived, the bluetooth was extremely poor (only three days in and it was cutting out a lot). The system software is full of adverts (who great idea was that - I hope they got a bonus for such innovation) and not very user friendly (even google searches can't tell you where some settings are). In summary, it is cheap rubbish technology. I will never by Xiaomi again - you get what you pay for.

Too slow and now outdated.
Great price , good camera with seamless wide angle to telephoto zoom , good storage ( 128 ) , good battery ( 5000) but a tad slower than my old lightning fast Poco F1. Update jan 25 : phone has become even slower despite having nearly 50gb storage free. My old F1 runs rings around it ! Last security update was a year ago . Still haven't managed to loose the annoying advertising which must be part of the system apps . I'm getting rid of this one and not going back to Xiaomi .

Great cheap phone
This phone was used as a back up while my 1st phone was repaired. It was a brilliant little phone and did what I needed it to do. The camera was hit and miss however, some good pics, some really bad ones!! Could not complain for the price though, and would buy again if I was put back in the same situation.
