You can never have enough batteries! I keep extras on hand.

It's always easy to purchase cheaper batteries, but you get what you pay for. I had some cheap 9 volts in the past and they not only don't last as long, the terminal plugs rust and break off in the battery holder causing another issue to address. Stick with the brand that 'makes' batteries - Duracell.
