Works great and had a wonderful price. My wife is thrilled with it. It cost less than a third of the computer it replaced and performs just a well.

3/6/23 - I just received this laptop and set up was a breeze. I’m a Chrome girl, so make sure your follow the steps to turn off S mode or something so you can use Chrome as your default. Not an Edge follower. So far, it works great and the touchscreen was a bonus I wasn’t even aware of! It’s got a good size screen and is not too heavy. I actually like the number keys on the side. Of course it took me a hot minute to readjust my instinctual hand placement on the keyboard since I’m not used to that. Since this is only my first day with it, I’ll update my review in a few weeks to let y’all know how it’s going. If all continues to go well (fingers crossed), then I’ll be purchasing another one for my daughter when she goes to college this fall.

I will not be ordering expensive equipment like this from Amazon again. Lesson learned.Long story short, I work for a very small non-profit in a rural community. We hired our first employee outside of my position and I purchased a laptop for them to use. The employee started a few weeks after I bought the laptop and started using it minimally (basically just email and internet searches). As his workload and responsibilities increased, he needed to use the laptop more. I ordered him a wireless mouse and keyboard. When we went to plug in the devices, none of the three USB ports worked. We tried various USB devices and no luck. At first I thought it was user error and tried to problem solve, eventually realizing that they just don't work.It is now about 2.5 months since I received the laptop and I called to see if I can get it fixed or replaced. Amazon connected me with the seller and they said nothing they can do because it is outside of the 30 day window. After, I spoke with Amazon and asked if they would provide a replacement and they declined, as well.So...now we have a laptop with no USB connectivity. Basically, we just have to deal with it.I am disappointed and expected better. I understand they have policies about returns, but we clearly received a defective laptop and replacing it for us was the right thing to do.

I knew by the price point that this model would not have all the same features as my work laptop, but it has turned out to be great! I was able to load the software that I need easily and it starts up quickly. I will say the battery dies pretty quickly, but it is a very lightweight laptop and it has a nice design. Set up in just 12 minutes

Great tablet

32 GB of RAM and 2 TB of SSD make this machine extremely fast.

We use these mainly for Netflix and YouTube. My husband is a Linux man all the way and he’s had no issues getting these set up. They are fine for the streaming, able to keep up.
