No Safety Seal on bottle when opened
The label on this bottle looked like it was applied by hand. It was wrinkled all around and I have never seen this on a factory applied label before. While the shrink wrap seal was in place, when the lid was removed, there was no safety seal on the bottle (it was in the cap which hadn't been screwed down enough for it to seal to the bottle. I'm too concerned that this bottle could have been tampered with to use it. I would have given it 0 stars if that were an option.
