I've been taking this supplement for a few months now and it absolutely does wonders and a miracle in my life. Taking these consistently I realized my perimenopause started when I was 37 years. I'm now 45.. I recommend this supplement that are 35 years minimum. I've lost weight from this because what nutrients I was missing this replaced it. So I only eat twice a day. Sleeping all the way at night, hot flashes gone.

This is an amazing product! The first day of using it I slept better than ever. There must be an ingredient in it that I was lacking. No hot flashes either. It maybe suppresses my appetite a little bit but I really don’t notice.

Great Periomenopause supplement that has helped with my symptoms. I've almost completed the first bottle, but within a few days, I noticed a difference in my energy levels and recent cycle was much more manageable than it has been for the last 3 months, and mood has improved. With any supplement, you have to be consistent taking it every day. I take one in the morning with my breakfast and the second one at lunch. If you're starting this journey, I recommend this product, but again it's about being consistent, (exercise, good sleep, and eating right which helps enhance this product. I will continue taking it.

I have been taking this for a few months and have noticed definite improvement. I have less or almost no night sweats or hair loss. Also, I have noticed improved energy levels and mood. If I don't take these for a few days (i forget or run out), I'll notice the night sweats start to come back. I've subscribed to them now so I won't run out!

This product does nothing for night sweats and hot flashes. I started taking this and felt like I was swelling so I stopped taking them. I wanted to give them another try before buying something else to ensure that it wasn’t the product but the second time around I started have horrible night sweats so much so that during the following day my body aches from tossing and turning, throwing the covers off because I’m hot then pulling them back on because I’m cold. What does work is the mood altering. This really did alter my mood and made me feel less emotional and cranky. I went back to check the product description and it didn’t mention that it helps with night sweats or hot flashes but it does mention hormonal balance and cognitive function. So, the product does what it says. My problem is that I feel more bloated and have been noticing some cramps since beginning again. That is the biggest downside for me.

These gave me horrible stomach pains and nausea. They cannot be returned so buyer beware. I did contact the seller but never heard back.

The reviews looked amazing. Too bad I had to stop before I saw any benefit. I followed the instruction and took one pill after each meal for two days. Both days I woke up in terrible stomach cramps from gas. Maybe it works for others. P.S. customer care reached out to give me a full refund. I appreciate it. Will bump up the star from one to three to reflect my whole experience with the brand.

Work great for perimenopause , , eliminate hot flushes during the day and at night, before I been waking up sweat around the neck. Now they gone and using it already 3 months. The mood improves also greatly 1 tablet in the morning and at night making amazing results. It's expensive but is really worth it 👌 🥰🥰🥰

Ich bin positiv überrascht! Ich nehme die Kapseln von Health & Her Perimenopause jetzt seit knapp 2 Wochen und habe schon deutliche Besserung verspürt. Ich schlafe besser, die nächtlichen Hitzewallungen sind verschwunden und es gibt deutlich mehr energiereiche Tage als zuvor. Ich habe lange überlegt welches Produkt für mich am besten ist und dementsprechend einige verglichen und letzendlich bin ich bei dem hier gelandet. These are amazing if not on hrt I’ve took them for 5 years they ease the hot flushes , joint pain , cycles and a lot more symptoms that come with peri menopause
