Amazing, but the battery life is so weak

I bought the Oral-B Vitality D100 with the 1+1 free offer, and overall it feels like a good quality product. My teeth have never felt cleaner after using it, and it’s definitely better than manual brushing. The design is nice, and having two brushes in different colors is convenient. However, the battery life seems a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it lasts long, but other times it needs charging every couple of days. Also, there’s no charging indicator, so it’s hard to know when it’s fully charged, and the charging itself feels a bit slow. Despite these small issues, I think it offers good value for the price.

Working perfectly for 2 years, and still working Just replace the brush from time to time

I repurchased this toothbrush because I previously owned the same model and was very happy with it. The online description appeared identical, so I expected the same quality. Unfortunately, the product I received is very different—and much worse. The battery life is extremely poor. Even brushing only once a day, the battery does not last a week. There is no indicator showing the battery or charging status. When the toothbrush is fully charged, it feels excessively strong and fast, to the point of being uncomfortable. As the battery drains, the performance changes dramatically, the brush becomes very slow and weak. Overall, this new version feels poorly designed compared to the previous one I owned. It’s disappointing that Oral-B did not maintain the quality of what was once a very good product. I would not recommend this newer version based on my experience.

There is no indicator if its charging or if its fully charged , so how will your customer know if its ready to use! I think other oral B brushes has it i dont know this one , its my first time to order on this app and i'm sad about it , will not recommend .

المنتج اصلي و نفس الي فصوره انا عندي واحده اصلا جيباه من الصيدليه و دي زيها بظبط فاعتقد انها اصليه بس شكل العلبه مختف شويه عن الي في الصوره

روووعه بس حافظ عليها من السقوط
