Ok a little background first. I have very dark hair on my lower legs and armpit and bikini area. I am also very shy and have never been somewhere to get waxing done. I also have very sensitive skin and get rashes from shaving . So when I found this product I was so excited. At first I tried to do every area that need to be done in one setting and it ended up taking for ever so I kinda lost interés and didn’t work with it as often as I should have. Then I decided to pick two areas my lower legs and armpits and just work on them so I didn’t get to overwhelmed by the whole process. After many attempts I am starting to notice a difference. My armpits always had a five o’clock shadow even right after shaving but now it is a lot lighter and the hair is softer and doesn’t seem to come in as fast. Same with my legs. It’s softer and I almost can’t tell it’s coming back in until I finally realize I need to shave again. Soon I’ll move on to my bikini area and work on it more for the summer but what little I have done down there I have noticed a change as well. You can lower the temp on this so that you can work around more sensitive areas which works great for face and those sensitive bikini areas. So far I am loving this and I’m getting more gun hoe to use it even more now. I hope my rambling helped someone decide wether to purchase or not. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this over summer and used it constantly 2-3 times a week and for about 2 months. I did notice that the hair was a bit thinner and less grew back over the weeks. Now that it’s winter I haven’t used it as much. This is definitely something you need to be consistent with if you want to see good results. That being said. This is a great product and very easy to use and it didn’t hurt at all. So I’m definitely very happy with this purchase.

highly recommended! I love it so much! I've been following the instructions and have been using it regularly for almost a month, but I've seen the huge difference. It is very simple to use and is often used after a bath. I have noticed that my hair is growing slowly, and can't see the black pores. It's easy to hold and doesn't hurt me, which I really like it! Also, it doesn't cause skin irritation like I thought, no pain on my legs and arms, but I still apply body lotion after use, to give my skin more protection. My skin feels so smooth and soft now!Also it come with a sunglasses to protect my eyes. Good value for money product, I will recommend it to my friends and everyone!

The product seems well made, functions as described. I can’t give it more than 3 stars because I didn’t see any significant changes in hair growth after 2 months of use. HOWEVER, I reached out to the seller, and they gave me the option of refunding half of my money and letting me keep the laser, or I could get a full refund. Really above and beyond customer service.

I’ve had this since August 2023, and couldn’t be more pleased! Everywhere I’ve used it is pretty hairless now (be very careful between your eyebrows when zapping your elevens because it WILL widen them!) and my age spots, while taking longer, have lightened up a LOT…I figure they’ll be gone by spring! For those saying “your hand covers the holes on the back, TURN IT OVER when you use it - your thumb fits neatly between the two sets! It’s not like you need to watch the count go down for it to work! When it got this, I didn’t expect much to be honest, I thought if it even halfway worked, then I would invest in one of the fancy expensive ones. Absolutely no need to do that at all! I’m so happy with this one! Follow the instructions and do NOT touch the glass plate to your skin (I forgot to tuck my upper lip one time when it was pretty hot and ouch!) and you should be very pleased with the results if you use it faithfully. Two thumbs up! I love this thing!

Update 11/18: The company contacted me to offer a replacement. I really wanted a ipl that worked and figured if the replacement didn't work i wasn't out anything vs trying one of the many other brands that may or may not work. The replacement does work better. I found when i used ut on the lowest setting it only fired about 60% of the time. The highest setting is about 90% fire success as long as you allow the couple seconds to recharge between firing. The digital counter is not very accurate since it typically counts button pushes vs actual firing. So just be aware if that. It lists 999999 pulses to start so that should last a good while if it truly has that many flashes in it. On the low setting, i don't feel it really is effective so i only use the highest setting. On the highest setting, it will "burn" the dark hair which hopefully means it's working. I've been using it 1 or 2 times a day for about 5 days on my bikini line since that is where i have the darkest thickest hair. When the hair is thinner, it doesn't work as well. I'll have to see if it actually thins or stops hair growth after several weeks. I don't like to use the auto mode because it's harder to control the pulse. Manual allows more control. Be careful, i lifted up the device with it turn toward me when doing my leg and accidentally flashed it when it wasn't on the leg and burned an image on my retina that stayed for about 5 minutes. Probably did permanent eye damage. It would be safer if the device wouldn't fire unless it was fully covered by your skin. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the device yet but as far as the mechanical workings, I'd say it's ok. Not perfect, but for the price, it's worth giving it a try. The customer service way great, in that they stood behind their product and offered to make it right for the customer. Original review: 1st one i purchased arrived used. The replacement does not work. On manual it only flashes about once for every 20 times i push the button. On auto it flashes but it will flash before it's even fully flush with the skin so the pulse doesn't penetrate. Also the digital counter doesn't work. It counts down every time you push the button even if there is no flash. In auto it will randomly scroll through dozens of numbers on one flash. You can see in the video i posted all of the things i've mentioned. I will have to try another brand because this one is junk.
