Worked great to help tether our floaties in the sea! Very well-made.

We got this rope because it floats, a characteristic we wanted for using it to toss food and drink to a swimmer in a multi-mile open water swim. This rope definitely floats in salt water, and the orange color was good for visibility for the swimmer. The rope came with two very heavy metal carabiners which we replaced with far lighter ones for safety and convenience reasons since the swimmer feeds don't weigh much. After hanging the rope for a few days to smooth kinks, it threw well. In its new state, the woven rope was rough on my hands during practice, and I knew I would get a blister from re-coiling the line after the toss. I used some "dexterity" gloves made of poly with rubberized fingers, and the arrangement was comfortable and worked well with this rope. We did not test strength or safety with this rope. We did not use this rope for anything else, so we didn't find out how it would last or if the roughness would soften.

Glad I purchased......... Although Steel Carabiners are cheap and very heavy, but useful.

Strong and durable. Good quality utility rope. Great for anchoring boat. Bag works great for storage.
