I bought this for my husband because he went to the doctor and they said he's not as healthy as he should be. Well first step is to get water consumption up well for him anyways. And sine he drives trucks I needed something that could hold a lot of water and last all day. And zi found it. Ofcourse once it's filled with water it is a bit heavy to lift but not a problem if you have a lil muscle. I struggled. Lol.
