DEFENTAC DF-1061 Magnetic Charging Pistol Light with Green Beams for Guns, 450 Lumens Tactical Flashlight White LED and Green Beam Combo with Sliding Rail

Since I had never had either a light or laser on a pistol before, I went with this Light / Laser Combo because I didn't want to spend a whole lot on something I had never tried before. The unit was nicely packaged and shipped very fast. I was immediately impressed by the fit and finish, and precise snap into place mounting on my Shield Plus 9mm. I sighted in the laser in my living room and then went to the range. I put 400 rounds through the pistol and the laser didn't move at all. Now that I have experienced this "Economy" light / laser combo, I can't see why anyone would want to spend 2,3, or 4 times as much on a "top tier" light / laser combo. Go ahead and pick up one of these little gems -- you won't be sorry :) Update: Although the DF52 fits my M&P Shield Plus 9mm pistol -- perfectly, I have not been able to find a Kydex IWB holster that will accommodate the DF52. There are lots of holsters out there, made for numerous pistols equipped with a StreamLight TLR6 light / laser combo but not a single one will accept a Defentac DL52. If anyone out there knows where I can get the holster I am looking for please let me know. If I find one I will update this post again. Update #2 -- Good News I spent a week online looking for a kydex IWB holster that would accommodate my S&W M&P Shield Plus 9mm pistol and the Defentac DF53 Combo flashlight / green laser. No Luck. Lots of offerings that accept the Streamlight TLF6 but not one for the DF53. Keep reading ... I'll tell you how to fix that. I came back to Amazon and purchased the following IWB Kydex Holster by BKfense for $19.99 IWB Holster Right Hand Fits S&W M&P Shield/Shield Plus M2.0 9mm/.40 3.1" w/TLR-6/HL Pistol Holster & Universal 9/.40 Double/Single Stack Mag Carrier (Stream Light TLR-6/HL Must be Attached) I spent about half an hour carefully, repeatedly, heating up and reworking the BKfense Kydex holster and was able to get the holster to accept my M&P Shield Plus with the Defentac DF52 Combo. You need a heat gun and some patience, but this solution will let you use the Defentac combo light / laser (VERY ECONOMICAL AND WELL MADE UNIT) with a S&W M&P Shield Plus 9mm pistol. I purchased both the holster and the Defentac light / laser with my own money and have not been paid for this review. I just like saving money and creatively solving issues that everyone tells me are unsolvable. Enjoy!

Tried this product and it worked pretty well. I do like the magnetic charging cable. I use a lot of Solofish products, as a go-to. I'm a custom gun builder in Texas and on my personal weapons I use things like this. When customers request more expensive products I try to talk them out of them because, let's face it they're not black ops operators or even law enforcement usually. Just something to have at the range or on the nightstand and these products are exceptional for those situations. Don't waste your money buying something from streamlight or others. Chances are you're probably forget to turn it off and the battery will be dead or not charged when you're ready to use it anyways. Save your money be smart. Watch YouTube comparisons and you'll see.

I just got this, so my rating is for the fact that it does what it says it does from the site description, and actually fits very well on the P365 XL, not to mention the price is fantastic. I ordered two different lights where the 'sites' insisted they would fit, and they 'did not' remotely fit, not even close, so I had the hassle of having to return them. Then I went to the SIg-Sauer site, and those loons wanted $300 for a light. 'INSANE'. I'm not one of those guys who are going to burn 5,000 rounds though my gun and then complain that the light stopped working. It's just a light, not a Sherman Tank. Anyway. So far. I am very pleased with the light. It's not super bright at distance, but it is perfectly bright for what you would use a pistol for. I don't do 200-yard shots with a pistol, and neither do most people. So, baring this thing just suddenly failing for no reason, I highly recommend this light. It is exactly what I was hoping and looking for. Now if you guys want to send me a free light for my other P365, for this 'stellar' review, that wouldn't break my heart. But even if you don't, I still like what you sent me. Thanks.

Really nice fit for the p365 frame, it even has a place to put the supporting hand thumb. The only issue is I can’t find a holster that fits it, otherwise I really like the light

Works perfectly. Threw it on my Shield Plus & it fits snug. It held zero & the light is pretty bright.

Perfect beam and flashlight, doesn't add a lot of weight but you will have to purchase special holsters if you plan on leaving it on. Definitely worth the money. The beam was easy to adjust as well.

I was very excited to get this, and it worked great for one whole trip to the range. This was mounted to a 22 caliber pistol, so recoil was as low as it could be without it being an airsoft gun. Once I got home, the Lazer Pointer went super dim and would not go back to the nice beautiful brightness it was before. Light still works, but that was only half the reason I got this. I usually have good luck with cheap lights, I own a Darkfang and a Feyachi and they're still in great shape after many trips to the range on much higher calibers. This was my first experience with Defentac, and will absolutely be my last. I'll never buy this brand again, period.

Once again think this is the 9th one I’ve brought love them really good product and allways received gets stuck at costoms most off the time but the company sends out on time every time very well made the torch is very bright and the green been laser easy to see in daylight will be buying more

Great lightly torch/laser combo. Paired with UMAREX Glock 17 T4E and it fits perfectly. Easy to attach. The torch and the green laser are both very powerful. Surprised at just how good this is. Also rechargeable without having to remove it from the gun. Perfect and great price.

Good product

Nice features, but the laser and light switches could do with being reversed. The pictures look like CNC machined metal, but the product is injection moulded plastic. Will wobble on a rail if not super tight, but when tightened enough not to wobble, it won't be straight anymore due to poor tolerances. It is neither proper Pic nor NATO rail spec. It does however feature a very bright light and a superp laser diode. The battery is not user replaceable so it will become e-waste when that eventually fails. The charging is however simple a USB magnetic "click" which is rather nice, if not satisfying to "clack" on charge, if you're like me. Be aware, this item ships from the US which will be held at customs in the UK and may result in police questioning as it did for me.
