Simple. Quick. Strong
Best solution out there for a quick easy fix. Was able to patch a hole in a shipping container and to bond was great. Made it waterproof and helped seal out the elements. Easy to mix. The scent is very strong but what do you expect with such a material. Would highly recommend

Fixed metal chair joint solid as a rock
I did some research before purchasing this product. I had a chair to fix and wondered if I needed it welded. Turns out J-B Weld is all it needed. Wow, I am sure amazed. It is very clean and easy to work with, and it works quickly. It forms as hard as a rock after 15 mins. Amazing chemical engineering. It fixed the metal crossbar attachment point on my chair very solidly. Check the load requirements of your project first though. UPDATE: The metal crossbar joint broke as soon as I sat in the chair. I redid the job with a much fatter blob of the stuff. For now it’s holding.

Worked perfectly for a bent in hole in metal I needed to repair.
This is exactly what I needed to fill in a metal hole that was also bent in a little. It was so fast and easy to use, anyone can do it. I left it over night, and painted it the next day. Amazing product. I would absolutely buy it again.

Works great but runny.
It works great when it dries. But rated it four stars because it’s really thin and runny until it dries.

Saved My Patio Table – Works Amazingly Even Near Salt Water!
I used J-B Weld SteelStik (1 Hour Cure, Steel Reinforced) to repair massive rust holes in my patio table that sits right next to a saltwater pool. With kids constantly using the table while soaking wet, the metal had corroded badly, and I thought for sure I’d have to toss it and spend $1500 on a new patio set. Thankfully, this product saved the day! It was incredibly easy to use—just knead, apply, and wait. It cured in about an hour, just as promised, and once set, it was rock-solid. It bonded well even on heavily rusted areas, and after sanding and painting over it, the repairs are barely noticeable. I’m genuinely impressed with how tough and reliable this stuff is, especially given the challenging environment with moisture and salt exposure. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with rust damage—this little tube saved me a lot of money and hassle!

Better than two-part liquid epoxy
I've been using this for a few years after using two-part epoxy tubes for years before that. I most recently used this to fix a crack on my smartphone protective case. I prefer the Steelstik to two-part liquid epoxy. With the two-part epoxy tubes, there are always issues with the nozzle clogging up or the screw-top breaking. An alternative is to use the two-part epoxy syringe, but those seem like single-use only because the nozzle where they mix would cure and solidify. With this Steelstik, you don't have to worry about a tube breaking or getting gummed up. You cut off only what you need and the rest remains unused. Just wear disposable gloves when kneading this and placing it because the epoxy is difficult to clean off your fingers.
