how are the sleeves measured point to point I measure 251/2 shoulder top to wrist

Hi We purchased a 3xlg shirt and a 4xlg to see the difference in the shirts and both shirt's sleeve lengths measured 26 inches from the shoulder stitching to the end of the cuff. The shoulders on the 4xlg shirt however is an inch longer which made the sleeve on my husband a bit longer. Hope this helps

Are these shirts wrinkle free ?

I hate to burst your bubble. This is advertising hyperbole. Ain't no such thing as wrinkle free. You can however get by without ironing this shirt. What wrinkles there are will sort themselves out while you wear the shirt. If on the other hand you are a bit more fastidious, give it a light going over with an iron.

Neck size in large men's shirts

It seems to be a 16 inch size neck.

I ordered in large size. My chest is 44", waist 39.5". Do they have a taper?

I have a xl , button down collar style. . It does not appear to have a taper. I am 6 ' and 210 lbs. Waist is approx. 37". Xl is a perfect fit.
