I don’t know how many weeks I started taking it before my last blood test, but it confirmed that my levels are in the normal range. I was deficient for many years. I’ve been taking 2 tablets, so 4000 I.U.s a day, for several months. Have missed some days here and there. The tablets are very small, so should be easy for most people to take. I like that Amazon offers a lot of Vegetarian and Vegan supplements. This one is Vegetarian. I will continue to buy if the price stays reasonable.

I chose Igennus vitamin D3 brand because they are in a glass bottle and in tablet form, neither of which contains plastic. I stopped consuming Elva’s products in plastic containers. Also, I like the small size of the tablet as it is easy to swallow without choking; as well as the quantity—a one-year supply.

I personally like the small size of these pills. It makes them easy to swallow. However, if you have trouble managing small things with your fingers these are not going to work for you. Each pill is smaller than a miniature M&M.

This what it was of the vitamin was perfect size. I have a hard time swallowing large ones and these perfect and just the perfect amount. The vitamins were just what I was looking for. Perfect size easy to swallow good price.

So glad these are tablets. All I previously could find are the gel tablets which seem to roll off your hand onto the floor. These are real tablets, easy to take and this one bottle is a years supply. Recommended product.

Ho iniziato a prendere questa vitamina per tenere i livelli stabili durante l’inverno e devo dire che si è rivelata una scelta semplice e pratica. Le compresse sono molto piccole, si deglutiscono senza il minimo fastidio e non hanno né odore né sapore. È una cosa banale, ma quando devi prenderle tutti i giorni fa la differenza. La confezione che dura un anno è un altro punto forte. La compri una volta, la metti via e te ne dimentichi; non serve fare scorte ogni due mesi, non devi calcolare niente. Una compressa al giorno e la routine è sistemata. Sul piano pratico noto un miglioramento soprattutto nei periodi in cui c’è meno luce. Non è un effetto immediato, è più un equilibrio generale che resta più costante. È il tipo di integratore che fa il suo lavoro in sottofondo, senza accorgertene troppo, ma quando lo sospendi te ne rendi conto. Gli ingredienti sono semplici e chiari, la formulazione è vegetariana e non contiene additivi strani. L’unica cosa da sapere è che non è vegana, perché la fonte della D3 è la lanolina, ma per me non è stato un problema. In generale è un prodotto affidabile, comodo e con un costo giusto, soprattutto considerando che copre un anno intero. Se si cerca qualcosa di quotidiano e senza complicazioni, è una soluzione che funziona bene.

Simple formulated vitamin D, everyday take

I have to take Vitamin D3 as I have Osteopenia and was found to be deficient in it, despite having a fairly healthy diet. I have to have enough of the vitamin in my system before I have a Dexa scan and taking one of these every day does the trick! I’ve bought this product several times and no complaints so far. Tiny pills and easy to swallow. I love that it’s a one year supply, good value.
