But did not receive the connecting USB cable along with it.

How do I connect wifi
It’s a useless piece of box. WiFi doesn’t work, no 2 side print, paper gets jammed, don’t take print command properly. Overall I wasted my money.

This item is not new! It is used! Imagine a new eco tank printer with ink already on its tank? Come on. Very bad.

Although the printer requires a specific USB Cable to install/Play, it is not provided in the box. This is a huge inconvenient for anyone buying this printer. You have to buy the cable seperately.
