Didn't work for me

I don’t really feel any different when I take this. Maybe it takes the edge off a little bit but it doesn’t make much of a difference and it doesn’t help with insomnia at all. It’s sad because I do love other Hum products, but this one just doesn’t do much for me.

I buy this for my daughter who has anxiety in varying levels of severity depending on the day. This helps her so much in maintaining a more level mood. I don't know what we would do without it :)

This is amazing! We have purchased this for several months now. My adult daughter uses it daily! It calms her anxiety. It doesn’t have a bad taste and is affordable for us! She swears she’ll use it forever!

I didn't notice much of a difference in my stress level for the first few weeks, and no these won't magically take all the anxiety away, but after a few months I do notice a difference, it helps ith focusing through the chaos and does help ease the "edge" of stress. If I go a few days without it, I notice as well.

I have been desperately searching, high and low, for something to NATURALLY ease my anxiety. My dad passed away a few months ago and it has made my anxiety skyrocket. I have always been anxious here and there like most people-before a presentation, etc. The last few weeks its been at an all time high because of mourning his loss. I would not consider taking something prescribed such as xanax, and in my searching I found that this big chill would be a good alternative. Took a chance and thought well, at the very worst it wont work. This is day 2 of taking big chill and honestly ive already noticed a big difference. 2 of my major physical symptoms from anxiety are really bad chills / shakes and dry heaving / gagging. So much so that it makes me a nervous wreck to be in public sometimes in case I experience a physical symptom. In the last 48 hours that I have taken big chill I have barely shaken at all and havent dry heaved in public or anywhere at all. I definitely feel more relaxed. I do think that I am noticeably a little more tired, but nothing that makes it unbearable. I can still drive, talk to people, etc, but I am definitely a little sleepier than usual. I guess thats the calming part of this. Since its only been 2 days I cant say what I will feel like in a week or month from now, but If I have more to update than I certainly will. I am honestly surprised that I am feeling relaxed at all, especially in terms of physical symptoms because thats the worst part of anxiety for me. Im going to continue to take big chill every day and if I have more to add I will definitely post an edit to the review! Update after another week: I’ve taken it several more times, but not every day. I’ve noticed a significant difference between the days that I do vs don’t take it. I am MUCH more anxious when I don’t take it. Loving these so much!

HUM gets rave reviews online but it's hard to know who to trust. I took as directed for 30 days with no noticeable improvements. There was no taste (coated capsule) they were easy to swallow and priced competitively in comparison with some of the other name brands.
