a friend & i have one of these Swofy X60 Mp3 players, it's great..
This particular model X 60 has a really good build quality & sound high resolution audio lossless MP3 player with mechanical controls, the controls feels sturdy and strong the sound is amazing especially on the other model the M8 these players are for people who really enjoy their music just like me, I record all my music at high resolution starting at 320 kilobytes per second all the way up to 1144 kilobytes per second MP3 audio lossless WMA MP3 or flac.I personally have over 6000 songs on my backup hard drive all in high resolution I take my music very seriously and you should too by buying this player or the M8 either way you deserve the best. Now remember you must have high quality 3.5mm cable style cables and very high quality headphones in order to get the full benefit and effect of the audio lossless MP3 player, audio file grade machine like this and the Swofy M8 player as well, I am currently using several pairs of headphones the Technics brand and the Sony brand for high res audio solutions and i use test tracks with a broad combination of music that test's the character of the player. you owe it to yourself to have the best things in life right? then why not buy a Swofy? When I receive the swofy M8 I will do it detailed review on this fine product

I love it but just a few things to mention.....
Ok, so after two months of contemplation I finally broke down and purchased the Swofy X60. So this is my take on it so far.Pros• Cool, yet basic UI• Cool design• Volume can go VERY high!• Dual output for headphone jack AND line out• Battery longevity is very good. However, I haven’t used it for extensive periods of time yet being as I just got it.• Build quality is very solid and the unit has some weight to it.• You can use the buttons instead of the Retro wheel.Cons• It’s a little bigger than your standard DAP, so sticking it in your pocket with other items may be a problem.• The interface is VERY manual and requires using different buttons to navigate. This can feel too cumbersome to use and takes some getting used to. It is especially bothersome that sometimes you have to press the "Back" button several times in order to return to the screen you just left off - that is, unless there is a quicker way that I haven't yet figured out.• The UI is basic, but cool. However, it does look a bit dated and could use at least a good firmware upgrade to allow customized themes.• Once the screen goes off while in use, you cannot use any of the buttons unless you first press the power button to turn the screen back on.• Unfortunately NONE of the buttons on the device are not backlit, which means navigating them in the dark will be VERY troublesome if you don’t intuitively learn where your needed buttons are.• Filelist update is PAINFULLY slow. I clocked it in at 9 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Mind you, I have A LOT of songs loaded on my device but even the cheaper budget players I own can literally just zoom right through this process. What makes it worse is that every time you unplug the player from your computer, regardless whether or not you made any changes to your files, it will automatically go through this slow filelist update. It’s UNBEARABLE.• Scrolling through songs is relatively slow and seems a bit delayed as you will see on the screen.• Retro wheel can be a bit sensitive and awkward to use because intuitively you will be turning the wheel forward to navigate forward, but it works opposite instead. After all, it is called a “Retro wheel” so……….shrugs I guess. Luckily you can use the buttons instead if you want to avoid the hassle of the Retro wheel altogether.• The album/song cover art for songs doesn’t always show up in the files.• When scrolling through the filelist the titles don’t have an automatic scroll, so this means you cannot see the full name of your files.• When you press the Rewind button to start over a track, it will instead instantly go to the previous track instead of simply starting over the current track from the beginning. You have to press the Fast Forward button to return to the track. Minor but very annoying.Despite the flaws I actually enjoy this player. It is a bare bones device and the battery and audio quality is DAMN GOOD. I can see myself using this as my main player. Its appeal lies in that it has a "classic minimalist" feel in its looks and functionality. However, certain quirks in navigating the UI and the ridiculously slow filelist update takes away from the overall experience.Overall, I’d rate this a 3 out of 5 stars.Other Thoughts: I have to add too that this player is almost the same as the Mechen M30 – only being separated by a few minor differences. I think even the UI is nearly the same.

Good sound, but serious issues
Like most of my exes, this player had some issues. Serious, deal-breaker issues:1. Gaps are always randomly inserted between tracks during album play, usually about 2 seconds in length. This ruins live albums or studio albums that aren't supposed to have gaps. There is no way to turn this "feature" off.2. Very limited characters and no scrolling when viewing albums in folder view. I have a handful of albums all called "Creedence Clearwater Re", which is obviously borderline useless.3. USB 2.0/MicroSD cable - takes longer than necessary to copy tracks from my PC.4. Scroll wheel is counter-intuitive - turn Left to scroll down, Right to scroll up. I don't understand why.5. Options and adjustable settings are very limited. Forget about trying to change any of the issues listed above.6. Very short and poorly translated instructions (not a huge deal, but still inconvenient and doesn't explain everything). Chances are you'll figure it out fairly quickly, though.PROS:Sound quality is excellent and there is an actual Line Out for the AUX cord. If the problems described above are not something you're worried about and you care only about sound quality, this might be the player for you. Otherwise, you'll want to spend a bit more for something newer and less problematic.
